Will not be back, went in for new brakes, sent me home with missing lug bolts, parking brake did not work, and all kinds of warning lights. Previously i had to wipe my interior off due to oil. Brought it back asked to speak to a manager, I never got to, left my number... The workers put the bolts in and took care of the warning lights, but my handbrake is still a bit loose and I have very slight vibrating steering wheel when braking coming off the highway. I dont want to go in there a third time, I need my car, its inconvenient, and I feel like they dont care. Customer service were nice, but management never contacted me. Makes me wonder if this is business as usual for them, and if they even did all the work requested...

I asked NOT to rotate my tires because there were brand new and they still did it this location is not only slow but cant take directions very well we will not be coming back here!!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Those of us standing in line waited for up to 20 minutes while staff constantly answered phone calls and not helping us - suggestion, have one or more staff deal with walk-ins, the rest deal with phone calls. I was called during the morning to tell me that I needed front tires and alignment. I bought the tires and alignment, and called late afternoon to ask when the car would be ready - 45 minutes, at the end of the day after the car was there all day. I show up and wait an additional 2 hours to get my car while the staff dealt with every drive-in problem showing up, taking away the guy working on my car to fix flats and adjust air pressure. Oh, and no valve stem caps for the new tires, even though I bought a 4 tires there previously. Bye Bye Big O . .!

We recently moved to Benicia and this was our 3rd time here. We have to say that service has gotten progressively better with each visit. Our first one was a bit high-pressured, but now it seems we have settled into a nice groove. We will be back and happy that our new hometown BOT is a "go to" for all our service needs.

I went in to get a oil change and have my brakes check. I got a called stating it will be 378.00 for the services I need. I went in to talk to them about what all was needed. On the phone I was told I needed new rotors but when I got there the guy said to me who am I kinging you need new brakes also and I can do it all for 610.00. I went somewhere else and had my brakes checks and paid 90 bucks to have the Roters resurfaced and that my brakes and everything else was good. I figured that was true because when the guy made the first call he stated it was just my rotors. I hate when people try to have you pay more for work done on car than needed just get get money out of you. I'm a female so they probably thought I would just believe whatever they said to me. I said so if I would have had the guy fix the rotors when he called and said that was the problem than he would had let me leave with bad brakes because according to him the brakes were fine!!!!

The pay attention to details with your car. I went in for a oil change and they noticed I need my bolts replaced and called me and explained after wear and tear it was time. I appreciated that so much.

The car had been non-op for about a year, after an accident.Body repaired. I have been going here for years and have referred many people here, so I was shocked when I came in for alignment,balancing and rotation, also complaining of shimmy,and although I had paid for balancing, no weights were added or removed and the shimmy was unchanged.I had also asked for air conditioning diagnosis and they told me 2 hours for the diagnosis.After 4 1/2 hours a friend gave me a ride to pick it up and I was told the air conditioning tech had gone home and that the work had not been done.I came back again three days later and had the air conditioning diagnosis done.I asked for a printed report on all this work and was told I needed: 1) 4 new tiresBig O Legacy Tour 2) Shocks, Struts, installation 3) AC compressor, high pressure line, low pressure line, belt and labor Make a guess at the price. ----------------------------- I got my tires balanced and rotated at another shop for a fraction of the BO price, shimmy gone, rock solid front end. Neither shocks or struts are needed, confirmed by two mechanics. ACcharged and working, not sure yet if there is any significant leak. I will never go to Big O again.

I have been takingmy family cars to Big O for years.I started using them because my car troubles were always unplanned and getting an appointmentwith the dealer takes days.We have 4 cars for 4 licenseddrivers.Two of our cars are getting close to 300,000 miles, one is over 150,000 and the fourthcar is newer.We need to keep all four cars on the road until my daughtersgraduate from college.The folks at Big Ohave always given us wonderful service a prices far below the dealer.

I waited 4.5 hours, paid over $580 for two tires and a 60 second alignment. I am so not happy and may never return. When asked what was adjusted for alignment, I was handed a sheet of paper and told why it was needed three times. Finally I asked "was it a tie-rod adjustment". They said no it was a tow adjustment. ......REALLY?

On 11/72015 ..we were on our way to a early morning wedding in Livermore..we live in napa and we picked up a screw in our left rear tire when we got on the freeway by Marine World..My husband dressed in a nice suit entered the Big O store and asked how long a wait to fix our tire...2 hour wait...so he said dang gonna miss the wedding...Zack overheard the statement and said hey let me make your day better...give me your keys and i will put your spare on right now....wow what a nice young man...we got to the wedding on time...i shared the story at the wedding and everyone agreed ..that Zack made a difference..thanks agian...Big O

I took my daughters Lexus for a scheduled 7am service on Sat May 25th. I was getting and oil change and 4 new tires,which I ordered when I scheduled the appointment. I was told the car would be ready about 9:30am, which was good since my family was out of town, and I had no ride home. After walking around town I returned to the shop around 9;30am. They recommended a front end alignment, which I agreed to. I was informed they would be starting the alignment, and I would be on my way shortly. Two hours later I was told the person doing the alignment was struggling to get it right. Finally another technician took over, and performed the alignment in 15 minutes. I was told at that time that the battery was starting to fail. I gave the ok to have it replaced. I was later informed that when they were changing the battery one of the fuses blew. Finally, around 3pm I was told the car was ready. I paid the bill and left for home. Upon arriving home I noticed that the wrong size tires had been installed. Upon arriving back at the shop around 3:45 I was told that the tire warehouse closed at 3pm, so they were unable to get the correct tires. The manager offered to have a another brand of tire installed. They went to the Danville store to get the correct size. At 7:15pm $1200 dollars and 12 hours later the car was done. Where to begin: The vape pen sitting next to the clerk's computer in plain view. The unprofessional "bro" talk from all the employees working at a snail's pace? The lies on my receipt trying to encourage new struts but then this was never mentioned because it was obvious b.s. AND I was told I needed a new air filter, we pulled mine out and it was perfectly clean. If it weren't for their location this place would be empty. You are an embarrassment to Big O and the men who work there. It's a shame.

I brought my truck in the morning to have "lifetime" rotation and balancing. I received no call during the day so went in 15 minutes before closing. No work was done on the vehicle. No paperwork, not even a notation that no work was done or why not. I was told that "lifetime" warranty is good for only 6 years. No key -- technician drove home with my key to the vehicle, which he eventually returned.

At least once a month we have something that needs work and am never disappointed. Very trust worthy and helpful employees.
