They mounted and balanced new tires on new wheels. Great help selecting the wheels, tires and getting it done. I shopped them with other online sources and, once again, they were competitive with the cheapest, but with great person-to-person help. Definitely worth the bridge toll!

Overall everything was great however when I walked in to collect key car I stood in front of someone behind the counter who seemed to be working on something but he never once looked up at me or acknowledged me. I was about to say something the the gentleman who had been helping walked out and greeted me and took care of things. That kind of annoyed me but the person directly helping me was great and shook my hand and thanked me for the business as a new customer.

I walked in the door and was immediately waited on. Very friendly person, gave me his name and shook hands. I only needed new wipers with installation. He did the job in about 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Also checked my tires and filled them with air. I occasionally stop by to air my tires, and all of the employees are always very helpful and friendly.

I recently had to have my car towed because of a flat. These guys took care of not only replacing my two back tires, but a variety of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They are honest, not pushy, accommodating and friendly. They took care of everything I needed and it was no hassle, very friendly and the price for everything was reasonable.

Ryan was very professional and accommodating and he kept me apprised of the progress when extra work had to be done beyond what I had brought the car in for.

We trust this place immensely and have been going there for years.

When I walked in 12/7 around 1130,am store was very busy people waiting to see an advisor There were four advisor two were helping people the other two seemed to play a paper shuffle or would go in the back Ryan Hessler assisted me as soon as he finished with his customer He was courteous quick and efficient. He said he needed to order two tires and asked if I could return the next day. When I came back he took care me quickly While I was waiting for my ride I witnessed him taking care of customers at a 7-1 ratio over the other advisors and was much friendly than the others

Recently I took my Suburban down for a rear break inspection following info from another shop. The Suburban had been serviced their before I bought it, so I kept taking it there for oil changes etc. They recommended new rotors and brake pads. It didn't quite seem right to me, so I took it to my Local Big O Hero's, where I take all of my other vehicles. Low and behold, I only needed a quick adjustment, no pads and no shoes. Saved me $360! I think I will just keep bringing my vehicles to Kelby, Shelby and Crew in Benicia, thank you very much. They were straight up with me in terms of possible complications because of my lifted vehicle. I told them my primary concern and they made sure address that although they recommended some replacements because of the rust. I enjoyed it, truly.

I know a lot of other customers complain about long waits or poor customer service, but I have had an issue. Benicia Big O has always done right by me. completed the work on time. Charged a fair price and called me as soon as there were changes or charges before doing the work. I was treated with respect and honesty. Kudo's to Shelby. She is the friendliest and best service representative you have!

The person who helped me, Ryan was kind, patient and knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. The job was done fast and price was right. (Toyota Dealer wanted to charge for the same job $ 300 more!) Big O Tires and customers need more service people/mechanics like Ryan!
