They mounted and balanced new tires on new wheels. Great help selecting the wheels, tires and getting it done. I shopped them with other online sources and, once again, they were competitive with the cheapest, but with great person-to-person help. Definitely worth the bridge toll!

I recently had to have my car towed because of a flat. These guys took care of not only replacing my two back tires, but a variety of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They are honest, not pushy, accommodating and friendly. They took care of everything I needed and it was no hassle, very friendly and the price for everything was reasonable.

It was convient and reasonable.

We trust this place immensely and have been going there for years.

Robert had an excellent attitude when working with both my wife and I on each of our cars. They were each done faster than we expected, and he went over everything we needed to know about our new tires, as well as other services we needed to look at doing for our cars.

Recently I took my Suburban down for a rear break inspection following info from another shop. The Suburban had been serviced their before I bought it, so I kept taking it there for oil changes etc. They recommended new rotors and brake pads. It didn't quite seem right to me, so I took it to my Local Big O Hero's, where I take all of my other vehicles. Low and behold, I only needed a quick adjustment, no pads and no shoes. Saved me $360! I think I will just keep bringing my vehicles to Kelby, Shelby and Crew in Benicia, thank you very much. Very professional staff and good customer service. Technicians explained what the job would entail and estimated time to complete. It is very helpful to receive a report which details 'as found' and 'after service' information. What I really appreciate is the checklist details for under hood and under car results.

I know a lot of other customers complain about long waits or poor customer service, but I have had an issue. Benicia Big O has always done right by me. completed the work on time. Charged a fair price and called me as soon as there were changes or charges before doing the work. I was treated with respect and honesty. Kudo's to Shelby. She is the friendliest and best service representative you have!
