Big O Benicia is about the worst company you could possibly do business with. They take no responsibility for their actions and the owner doesn't care about the customers.

As a trainer in customer service, I was very impressed with the level of service I was given upon my recent visit. Terance was so personable and explained my options to me, helping me to feel comfortable with my decisions. He was confident, courteous, professional and lighthearted. You are lucky to have someone like him to represent your establishment and to connect with your customers from start to finish.

I find the Big O Tires shop in Benicia to be quite disorganized. Even though its location is in my home town I will think twice before I go there again.They diagnosed my problem being a oil pressure sensor and it was. After I left I noticed oiled under my vehicle in my home garage. Although the fixed my problem the left all the residual oil dripping and did not wipe it clean. Having to return is a problem and this has happened before.

I am a regular customer here for both tires and oil service. I have yet to have a bad experience.

Used them four days ago and device wasn't done properly, I was back at Big O Tires the following day in Pleasant Hill to get the service done correctly.

My only complaint was with the "appointment". My understanding was that if I made an appointment that my car would be serviced about that time. I came prepared to wait an hour or so for my car. To say that my car would be available in about 3.5 hours for an oil change surprised me. I was not prepared to not have a car in a reasonable wait time and had to make arrangements to be picked up and brought back to the shop to pick up my car.

Horrible! My wife took our car at this location for a tire repair. The guy who assisted my wife advised her that it can't be repaired due to it's condition (tire still has a lot of life left). It really should only be plugged and I know this because I know exactly what caused the flat and locate the nail/screw but since I wasn't there to see what the guy was referring to, she went ahead and agreed. He then recommended to replace all 4 tires since according to him, what we have is the wrong set due to it being below a certain rating. Overwhelmed by information, my wife had me talk to the guy on the phone and I declined the up sell. That's when the "good customer service" went from 7 to 1 real quick (in a scale of 1-10). The man suddenly had an attitude and didn't even provided my wife option as to which tire she wants to purchase. I kept the receipt so if anyone wants to know if this is true, I'll be more than happy to provide anyone a copy. Stay away from this shop.

RECENTLY CAME TO BIG O IN BENICIA FOR A FRONT END ALIGNMENT AND TO INSPECT A COUPLE OTHER ISSUES WITH MY CAR. WELL TO MY SURPRICE GOT A QUOTE ON SOME WORK THAT SUPPOSEDLY NEEDED TO BE DONE, OVER $2,000.00 WORTH SO I TOOK MY CAR TOBENICIA AUTO CARE, FOR A SECOND OPINION,, SO BENICIA AUTO CARE INSPECTED MY CAR AND COULD NOT FIND SOME OF THE PROBLEMS THAT BIG O SUPOSSEDLY FOUND. SO TO SAID THE LEAST BENICIA AUTO WAS ABLE TO REPAIR WHAT MY CAR NEEDED FOR AROUND $1,000.00. I HAVE BEING A BIG O CUSTOMER FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER HERE IN TOWN AND OTHER PLACES WHERE I HAVE LIVED AS I OWN MY OWN BUSINESS I KNOW THE IMPORTANCE OF TAKING CARE OF MY CUSTOMERS, BIG SEEMS TO BE TAKING CARE OF THEYRE BANK ACCOUNT INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER

I had set an appointment for 11 AM. I was told more than once that my truck was next on the rack. I had a break job there six months earlier, and my ABS light was coming on. An hour and a half later a Tech walked out to my truck and ran a diagnostic on it. As it turns out it was just sensor for one of the front tires. It seems to me that if they were just going to run a diagnostic on the truck, it could've been done within the first 10 minutes. John

Bought tires and needed to come back for rotation. Tried to make an appointment first thing in the AM or late day - any day. I was told the first appointments are at 10:00 AM. Have to come in and wait ~2-1/2 hours. Finally got an appointment for 9:00 AM on a Saturday. Got there and was told it would be at least 1-1/2 hours. Why have an appointment? Went the next Saturday at 7:45 and was the 3rd in line. Got the car back at 10:45. Just for a rotation.

I came on last Saturday. I woke up super early got my 8 month old ready then my self made sure I was first one at the door. I was told my car would be done around 45 mins that I was the first oil change. 2 hours later still no car!! Everyone after me had already came and gone. Service is horribly what's the point of getting there first if u still get served LAST. I come here every oil change but thinking I'll go elsewhere.

*** AC not working, misdiagnoses, selling low-quality parts and poor customer service *** I spent over $300 to have Big O Tires fixed my AC that's practically not working. At this point, I want a full refund back. *** I do not trust any of the technicians to go under the hood of my car due to a horrible experience with the shop. I found that the high and low side cap for the AC line was missing. I also noticed that the receiver/drier that they were supposed to install was not new. The interior under the dash on the passenger side was hanging. *** Manager Zack Pascoe was supposed to talk to the other manager Herbert Eulalia regarding my issue and never heard back from them. (It's been over a week)

Apart from being the "only game in town" the staff at Big O excel at customer service. They meet the best anyone could expect: They do what they say they will, at the time, and with quality! Although they are often INCREDIBLY busy, (especially at opening time - when they need to have all hands on deck), they are efficient and thorough.

My wife had an appointment and when she made the appointment she stated she was going to work after so the tech told her to be early. Her appointment was at 9am she got there before 8.the tech told her they only had 3 tires she had already ordered and did not know what happened but that I could upgrade for $130. more. I asked do you have those tires he said no! I asked how long before my other tire was in he said 9-9:30. My appointment is at 9 I told home he stayed he could see what he could do. My car went up on the rack at 9:30 and the tires were done at 11. I thought ok I'm ready to go my car is parked up front. No my car still needed to be aligned. He came back and said it was going to cost me another $99.00 for the alignment but he would deduct $20 since I had waited so long! I thought when I got my tires the alignment was included no place I have been befor charged for alignment and tires separately. But by this time I was livid and ready to leave! Poor service! I was there for 3+ hours! I will tell you there were at least 5 other ladies there that also said they would not return!

For the past 10 years, I have always gone to the Benicia Big O Tires location because the level of professionalism and customer service here outweighs that of any I've experienced at other locations (Vallejo when it was still open, Union City, San Mateo). The team here above and beyond what I expected for the servicing of my vehicle.
