If I could give zero stars on this place I would. I went in for a simple oil change and tire patch and came out with a $2,000 estimate and dirty oil. As for the oil change they did actually change the oil HOWEVER they did NOT change the oil filter which for anyone who knows those two go hand in hand you have to change both when you change your oil. So that was problem 1. Next problem is the fact that they quoted me on new brakes and 3 axle seals because they were "leaking." I took my car to another mechanic because $2,000 for that is ridiculous when their quote says $390.00 for parts and $1,500.00 in labor. Well the other mechanic saw 1 axle seal that was perspiring a tiny bit but the other two were perfectly fine, as for my brakes. My front brakes were fine at 85% but my back brakes needed to be changed. All in all he charged my $150.00 that BIG O was trying to charge for almost $2,000.00 Big O is a scam with terrible service i will NEVER be bringing my car back here again.

They consulted with me and gave an idea of what might be wrong. Did the necessary tests. Gave me an estimate. Were able to complete the work well ahead of schedule.I am very satisfied.

The staff tried to locate an available refurbished wheel, but eventually we ordered a new wheel. The delay in the unsuccessful alternate approach was unfortunate but resolved.

Called and scheduled an 8 am appointment 4 days ahead; arrived to appointment 15 minutes early. Car didn't get on the jack until 10 am after being skipped in the service queue-2.45 hours for a tire rotation? What good is an appointment if you don't keep them or they mean nothing? The work pace in the bays was extremely slow, no sense of urgency or speed regardless of the line backing up. Infuriating experience

I came in as a walk in this week with a tire leak and they indicated it would be a 3 hour wait because they were backed up. I made an appointment and came back the next day. I sat for three hours before my car was even looked at!!! It was a simple tire repair! What was the point of an appointment!!! Terrible service!!!

I had not dealt with Terry before, but he was terrific. After I called with a time restriction, he prepared for my visitt in advance, was courteous, and thorough. Plus he got me out on time. He also followed up with an email estimate as promised! Excellent experience overall.

Went to store at 6:10 on Saturday June 23rd,2018. The store closes at 7:00 pm. I needed a nail removed and repaired. A small job. I was told that they didn't have time to repair the tire because the store closed at 7 pm. My tire was flat on Sunday morning and I needed to have the tire repaired elsewhere, because big o is closed on Sundays. I consider this lousy customer service and will buy tires elsewhere in the future.

I brought my 5th wheel in for new tires and to remove a shredded tire that was rapped tightly around the axel of my 5th wheel. Zack (assistant manager) treated me very good. gave me a good price on new tires, installation and he spent one hr. removing shredded tire from my axel. he did not charge me for that!Top notch man,top notch store. THANKS ZACK!

I dropped my car off at about 11 am to get a flat repaired. It wasn't finished until 6 pm (closing time). I spent about an hour waiting on the show room floor then I had them give me a ride home. When I showed up to pick up my car it was still on the jacks and no one knew who was working on it. I was a little disappointing.

I drove in late 630 on a Monday evening with a bad tire, leaking. The staff was very helpful. I feel serviceman @ counter went out of his way to assist me, also educated me about tire rotation and oil changes :).......they replaced my tire that same eve. and we very professional and polite. Excellent customer service, I will return for maintenance and repair!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

This store used to be good. I have been going there for 10 years..but after yesterday, no more. First off, the two times before yesterday, we went in with our vehicles to get oil change tire rotation etc. BOTH times, they forgot to put the wheel lock back in our cars. EXTRA trip. Zach (the disney tattoo guy) apologized etc, said he would take care of us..yea ok. My gripe is I had to go back and get their mistake... Yesterday, I had a nail in my tire, took it off...and brought it in to get fixed... I figured two hours which isn't a problem. Zach was one of the people helping customers. 5 people were waiting, me included. One customer was at his station patiently waiting for him to get back with her. He is ON the phone for 15 minutes with someone about tires. OK, note to Zach..you have people waiting and waiting while you are talking to someone on the phone.. GET their number and call them back... he noted to the caller, i have customers giving me dirty looks..you bet you did.. yet he STILL remained on the phone talking.. Now comes the fun part. I pick up my car, they put the tire on, put the spare back..no problem I MADE sure the wheel lock was in my SUV. Last night, my wife and I ran to the store. I went to put my sunglasses in the cup holder..and found someones car keys.. I called this morning, and someone with an attitude says YOU have to bring those back here.. sorry NO I do not. He got even more snotty, and I said ok have your manager call me when he gets in.. and IF I dont hear back, im throwing the keys away.. he said YOU CANT do that,.. oh yes I can... manager calls, apologizes etc.. i told him that Zach and the others need to leave the shitty attitude and arrogance at home... I WILL NOT be back. Oh I did call corporate and filed a complaint. We will see where that goes. You just lost a loyal customer of over 10 years...

oil change and tire rotation. no ride to from home which was offered with the last owners. tire had a screw in it when we got home. they claimed it got there on the ride home of 6 blocks, we think they didn't even rotate the tires and parked the car on the street. they refused to repair the tire because of wear, another company not only repaired it they said we had another 10,000 miles on it.

Shelby was awesome. I was a walk in for a flat tire repair. She set an expectation that she would have an estimate to me in a particular time. Not only was the estimate done, but I was in and out way under that time. She even showed me how to use the coffee machine. Thank you.

I had two tires and an alignment done at the Benicia store. The tires are cupping. Had 4 tires replaced on the rear. Had to have them rebalanced twice with same vibration. Rebalanced them myself. Way too much weight added by your staff. Rear tires are fine now. The second time I had them balanced. Had a bad experience at the Benicia store. Rude tech, did not torque my rear wheels and impact my plastic covers to the lug nuts. Stripped them. Have to replace them. Going into the Livermore store to get the front tires rebalanced. Found a problem with the A arms that no one caught. I am going to have them replaced and the front end re aligned.

I'm a happy camper. Oil and filter change and tire rotation. New tires are next.
