Big O Tires

Horrendous. Twice they have not rotated my tires. Twice they have kept my wheel lock, the first time left me stranded in san francisco. Im stilll dealing with warped brake rotors and a brake service light from a faulty brake service where i drove home with missing wheel bolts, (hence the warped rotors). The latest is warranty work, only reason why I return, twice have I had to replug my own tire that has warranty because when I took it in to get patched, they said they performed the work and they LIED! You asked.

I had an emergency and the staff came to my rescue.

First I called to see if I could get an appointment, and who ever answered said something. All that I understood was hold. A nice guy eventually talks to me and says bring it down, and we will make sure that we get it done this afternoon. When I get there an employee is standing in the driveway, and another employee is trying to exit. Neither one of us can do anything due to the guys standing in the way. Meanwhile a mechanic in a vehicle is revving the engine in a car and yelling like a cowboy, eh - ha. My window is up, and I have no problem hearing him. When I get inside the man helping me is texting on his phone while talking to me. He tells me that he is not sure if they can do it, but asks me to wait while he finishes texting. While I couldn't actually read the text, the view of his screen gave me the impression it was not a work related text. I didn't feel like I was in a professional place of business and left. I have been in this store many times, and I am not sure if I will ever return.

I have used Big Otires for the last give years and they have comtinually given me excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Oil change took over 1.5 hours, even with an appointment.

I used them 2 days in a row with 2 different vehicles and am very impressed. Highest customer service anywhere and at Big O Tires in Benicia. It is a great feeling to know no unnecessary work is asked to be done.

Got my car back experience bad vibration on the freeway

Have tire protection plan. Stopped around 8:45 am. Was told wouldn't be able to fix tire by 10. Came back later in the day and the tech told me 4 people were in front of me and it would be another 90 minutes. Salesman corrected him and said I returned and it would be 30 minutes. Not greeted when arrived, just waited near doorway as layout doesn't allow for a queue.

Customer service representative was knowledgeable and friendly answering my questions. While waiting she informed me about my car leak problem. Service people fixed the problem in short time exceeding my expectation. Thank you for providing me excellent service .

I miss the old staff. Eric, Kelby and Ivan didn't attempt to over sell me and they knew exactly what they were doing. They had amazing customer service skills. The new staff need training in a variety of areas. Customer service being one. I will be looking for a new regular place to take our families vehicles.

I pulled in with a nail in my run flat tire on a busy Saturday afternoon and it was repaired within 3hrs.

I've always had great customer service here, which is why I'm blown away about this time. I dropped my car off at 10am and saw it immediately going in to be diagnosed. I was very surprised I didn't get a call until 1:30pm. Then was told "we knew a couple hours ago but are just calling now." My cat ended up needing to stay overnight and I had to call out for work the next day. When I complained about the delay between diagnosis and phone call I was told the rep had called a few times and left a message. Missed calls sometimes don't show up in 2019, but not messages. I had no message. The rep lied to me.

Needed 2 new front tires and wanted to match existing tire. Got what I wanted. Great price! This was 2nd purchase from this location, will definitely do again.

2 front tires were deflated after the oil service and tire rotation. Called the manager to report this and there was no action taken at all. No response, nothing.

It was horrible. They services another car and forgot about my car. Horrible experience!

I asked them to take a look at a number of things, besides the routine oil change and items that are included.They looked and informed me that everything was fine and I did not need any additional work.

Friendly, but bad service. Was charged for lube job even though work was not performed during previous visit. Mechanic assumed factory lube points did not bother to look at upgraded lube locations. Drove around for a month on dry stabilizer links.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. They got the work done the same day I came in after work!!! Great customer service. Thank you!!
