Oil change service was great, but was recommended replacing timing cover gasket for leaking (~$850 service). Had another mechanic look at it (someone with a lot of great reviews), and he said it wasn't necessary; it was "seeping, not leaking. It will last for years and replacing it now is not necessary."

As always I am happy with Big Os service. I love the coupons they send out for oil changes and I know they do a multi point check to make sure my car is safe and running well! Kelby at the front desk is always helpful, fast and courteous!

The guys at Big O did a good job working on my car. I had struts, control arms, rear brake pads and rotors, and a couple of gasket seals installed. After the work was completed, and I checked Amazon for some of the products installed and found that the same products were 1/2 the price after tax and shipping; so I feel ripped off.

Made a reservation online, only to be told the day of while I was there that they do not make reservations online only by phone. THEN waited over 3 hours for an oil change, after which a mechanic spilled oil all over the engine and under the hood. I was then told it was taken away to a car wash for cleaning and that I would get a full car wash for the trouble, only to wait another 45 min and find out all they did was use a rag and wipe up some of the oil spill. Very displeased and not happy.

Was told it would take 1.5 hrs max for oil change but close to 2.5 hours as I sat waited... no urgency and overheard multiple employees give customers bad info Ok quotes and had to call them back to give them a new lower price admitting mistakes.

The technical service was fine. Tires are good. However, the customer service was poor. No one called when my truck was ready and I was sent to get my own truck, which I could not locate. The one good employee in the place said he'd go get it. It had been parked down a side street about half a block away. Also, I asked to keep the three old tires but only one was in put in my truck, which I didnt notice right away. I would not go back.

Unsure...: A week ago I went in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation. The shop was not busy but I dropped my car off anyway. I got a call about an hour 15 minutes later saying it was ready. I thought my that was quick. When I got down to the shop they gave me a receipt and nothing more. When I asked about the alignment print-out the clerk said their printer wasn't working after he spoke with the tech. However he said they could put it back up on the rack and do a print out if I'd like to where I responded with yes. 10 minutes later I had a print out. Hmmmm, I thought the printer wasn't working.

For the second time in 2 visits whoever parked my Prius left the power on and killed the battery. Your people need to be trained on shutting hybrid cars off. To be fair you did order me a new battery because it will not hold a charge now, but it's another day I have to bring my car in

Excellent service by all the staff. Got my Jeep lifted and it went smoothly. I was also made aware of anything extra that needed to be done. Also, the staff works in a timely manner and are friendly. I definitely will be going back to Big O tires in Benicia and recommend them to all my friends!

Not happy. Had alignment completed as it was not done properly in recent repair/service: I then came back after alignment still was off and instead of being readily taken care of I was put off and unacknowledged - bad service for a 30 year customer - let alone any customer. You really need to slow down and do better service and not forget your customers. Your last staff seemed more responsive - I recommend you get Lyla, Kelby, Shelby, and Erci Ship back. Lyla is great - you should get her back to straighten out your problems. Thanks for your other services. I love Big O - but your location needs serious improvements.

I am a long time customer and this experience was not what I am used to. While the CSR was nice, he didn't listen to what I was saying and was not responsive to my needs. In addition, he gave me misinformation which might have cost me almost $200 had my husband not caught his error!

I like coming here. They are always helpful. One of the girls that worked there left and I am sad about that but all the men are knowledgeable.
