Okay: Went for a brake job, ended up getting struts, shocks, and brake pads and roters. Aggressive sales staff. Wasn't sure my concerns were heard. Handling and ride is much improved. Brakes still very soft, and pedal mp ow hushes. Going back

Everytime I visit Big O Tires, Benicia, I feel I am their favorite customer even though I rarely need to go. My service needs are always met by confident and courteous professionals.

We use Big O for our Work Truck Fleet and are typically very happy. I took my vehicle and all seemed well, they were able to fit me in last minute, which was very helpful. I got home and throughout the next few days noticed a small oil spot on my garage floor. My husband took it to his oil change station and the oil cap was loose. All it took was a small tightening and the leaking stopped. It is the small stuff that can cause quite a bit of damage.

Had 4 new Michelin Defender tires installed; tires are excellent, but after three visits the steering and alignment are still not correct. I got tired of bringing the car in and waiting, etc. Been a customer for 30 years, but lately the quality of your service had gone down somewhat. need to tighten company-customer relations and support.

I came in at 7:00 am opening time just for tire rotation. I didn't get out there till 10:30 am because after the rotation they have my car just setting their without telling me that they wanted to check it wheel elinment. They should have thold me instead waiting for two and half hours.

My center cap came off before I got home and Big O had a new one delivered to my home in a week no questions asked!! Great service

We have been using Big O in Benicia for years now. Never a problem. This time, both my wifes car and mine went in for an oil change and tire rotation. No problems, until I got home. I have an Infiniti SUV and when I got home, I noticed the back cargo area hood was open. I checked it and the wheel lock for my vehicle was not there. I called big O and Zach told me "Oh its at my desk" So I had to go back to the store and pick it up. I let them know I was unhappy..and no apology or we are sorry or its our mistake...NOTHING.. they just gave it to me and I left. THAT is NOT good customer service at all.

I had dropped by on Monday to get oil and tire rotation. I was told it would be at least 2 hours. After nearly 3 hours nothing was done. I asked why I couldn't make a reservation online and was told I should have been able to. I then made an appointment for Wednesday. The service was done in under 45 minutes. Great. Only thing missing was the sticker on the windshield. Also in the past this service came with an estimate of brake wear.

Flat tire repair at no charge (I bough my tires from BigO) and they were very fast.The salesman also reminded me of my other free maintenance services I was entitled to.Well worth the price and quick customer service.

Very good experience overall. However - you need to improve and tighten up communication. I dropped my car off for new tires, was given a ride home (much appreciated) and after over four hours - I had heard nothing from your dealership. I was supposed to receive a call re: if I needed an alignment and when the car was ready for pick up. I received no calls or texts. I finally had to call at 5:30 PM when I was told the car was ready and alignment was needed but couldn't be done because "there was no time". There may have been time if I was notified earlier. It was for similar events last year that I switched to a different tire outlet who did maintain great phone contact. I'm a 30 year customer of Big O and I'm back because you're closer than the other outlet and I had good dealings in recent years with Shelby D'Ambrosi, Eric(s), Kelby Chao, and others. Please do something about improving your communication with customers. My car is pulling to the left with steering wheel straight so I'll be in for front tire switching and/or alignment soon. Let me know your thoughts. Kyle , Terrance, and John are great guys.

Got an estimate for front brakes. Forget about it. Way overpriced for such an easy job. Front alignment estimate was a joke too. Go somewhere else. Also took a long time just to get an estimate.

I am a long time customer and a friend of Kelby. Same great service, but they can be a little more knowing of how to process transactions. They spent a lot of time asking others for help.

I have been a Big O customer in Tracy, Ca. since 1980's. This was my first oil/filter change and rotation at this store since we moved. The customer service is awesome when you initiallycheck in. They were short staffed and I kept waiting for them to tell me my car was ready, but they didn't.I also didn't see my car brought back to front to let me know it was done. I had to go up and ask what was taking so long since I told them that I had to go to work. The response was that my car was sitting in back out of my view and that they were short staffed inside, so no chance to go check even thoughI was the 1st customer and still sitting there more than an hour and half. To me, a patiently waiting patron, that response is really unacceptable.

On May 2, 2019 I had just completed 20 hours of dealing with a family emergency. At 3:30am I was leaving the hospital when, after starting the car, I note a low tire pressure light. I tried top resolve the problem, but unable to do so. After 4 hours of sleep, I was on my way again. I stopped by the Benicia Big O and explained my problem. The tires were quickly inflated to the proper pressure. While I returned back to the family emergency, two new tires were ordered and waiting for me when I got back store at 3:00pm. In less than an hour the staff installed and rotated my tires and completed a safety inspection. Having access to only one car the staff enabled me to continue to deal with my family emergency utilizing reliable transportation. I would also like to note the staff's concern about my emergency and well being. They went out of their way to ensure I was back on the road as soon as possible. I am a regular customer to the Benicia Big O and always will be.
