I took my car on Saturday afternoon for an oil change. It took longer than expected, but they got it done with TONS of other cars before me.

I know a lot of other customers complain about long waits or poor customer service, but I have had an issue. Benicia Big O has always done right by me. completed the work on time. Charged a fair price and called me as soon as there were changes or charges before doing the work. I was treated with respect and honesty. Kudo's to Shelby. She is the friendliest and best service representative you have!

They were supposed to order 2 tires on Thursday and let me know Friday if we were good for service on Saturday. It is now Monday and I haven't heard from them. Guess I will need to call and check.

I can in on a busy Monday morning. I was helped in a timely manner and the employee was professional and polite. I was able to leave my car and walk home, so the timelines of the service was not an issue

Only complaint was that I called at store opening 7 am and asked them about getting the service done on my transmission and an oil change, I got there about 7:45 after they took all my info, they told me the tech doesnt come in till 9 am, as w3ell the filter for the transmission had to be ordered, In was there till after noonMake an appointment

I've used them several times over the last few years for both new tires and suspension work. I'm very happy with both the cost and the quality of work. They really have a customer focus and are very honest in their dealings. Highly recommended!

The staff at Big O in Benicia was great, especially Eric! They were professional and went out of their way to help us even though it was late when we had the car towed there. They worked with us to make sure we got what we needed.

Overfilled oil crankcase AGAIN, requiring a second visit. Did NOT provide copy of courtesy checklist. Never looked at car battery to determine ACTUAL warranty, but rather relied on incorrect website data. Still waiting to hear about battery warranty.

I woke up on Tuesday to a flat tire. Not how I expected to start my day. The team at Big O got me in and out pretty quickly with two new tires and new brakes all around. They even walked me out on the service floor to show me the condition of my brakes do that I could make an educated decision.

I really love this location and have always had great service in the past. My most recent service left me a little concern with their customer quality control. I left my wife's vehicle and requested brake check/replacement; front end alignment (prepaid for 12 months); tire rotation. Tech rep called back to inform me I needed front brakes and rotor replacement which I OK'd. Received call a couple of hours later that the vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pay and pick up vehicle I asked how things went and the reply was everything was OK. Right when I gave the tech my credit card for payment I asked how far the alignment was off. He looked through the paperwork but couldn't find the alignment worksheet. He went to ask the alignment tech about the work and was told the alignment wasn't done. They asked me to wait a few minutes and got the vehicle to put on the rack to complete the alignment. When they were done and I finally got in the vehicle to take out of the parking lot for my wife I noticed the feel of the steering wheel and shift knob were dirty from oil-grimed hands. I went through a couple of paper napkins from the glove compartment to wipe them off so my wife could drive home; the napkins came up really dirty and had a strong oil grime odor. When my wife arrived home (about 5 miles) and parked the vehicle I noticed smoke coming from the engine compartment. I popped the hood and saw an oily puddle beneath the hydraulic brake reservoir near the exhaust manifold. OK, I still like this shop and the personnel but I would like to not experience any of the above issues in the future. I've been a customer there for quite a few years and never had any problems. I will give them another shot at servicing my vehicles hoping these issues were just a fluke.
