As always excellent service.

Vehicle was not completed in the timeframe promised. It was 5 hrs later that the vehicle was ready eventhough I have an appt at 9:30am

I've come here many times to this store and always get exceptional service. The employees are always quick and honest. I prefer to travel 20 miles from home just to go to this store over my local Big-O.

Quick service withpout an appointment

I originally was at Costco to purchase my tires I needed that same day but they didn't have the tires I needed so I called Big-O tires and asked if they have the tires for my Lexus IS250 and if they match the deal Costco has. Terrence who I spoke to was very helpful and told me to come on over and he'd make sure id be out of there within 2 hours coz I have to be at work. Long story short not only he was able to help me with my situation he also gave me a new sight on what we all know that had been obsolete to customers now a days was the art of customer sevice. Terrence thank you for an awesome customer service you Rock!! Definitely be back for all my tire needs.

I really liked that Tony helped me from the moment I spoke to him on the phone to walking me through what was going on with my tire to explaining the need for new ones. Im grateful for my experience bc it’s nice to know I have a place I can go for the best deal but also friendly accurate and lovely service. Thanks you guys!

Tony and Robert were professional and explained everything to my satisfaction.

I came in at the end of the day with a bad tire. Zack assessed my tires, we came up with a plan, and he assured me my car would be finished by closing time (7:00 p.m.). I returned at 7:00 and it would be a few more minutes as they were very busy that day. While they were working on my car, other problems were noted. Bottom line...they stayed until 8:35 to finish my car. They are all-stars and I truly appreciate it!

Everything was explained very clearly. All the associates were very helpful and polite. The alignment was done quicker than I expected it be which was nice and I’m happy with the result.
