As always excellent service.

Been a customer of big O for at least 30 years now and have always been happy with both service, price and quality.

I've come here many times to this store and always get exceptional service. The employees are always quick and honest. I prefer to travel 20 miles from home just to go to this store over my local Big-O.

I originally was at Costco to purchase my tires I needed that same day but they didn't have the tires I needed so I called Big-O tires and asked if they have the tires for my Lexus IS250 and if they match the deal Costco has. Terrence who I spoke to was very helpful and told me to come on over and he'd make sure id be out of there within 2 hours coz I have to be at work. Long story short not only he was able to help me with my situation he also gave me a new sight on what we all know that had been obsolete to customers now a days was the art of customer sevice. Terrence thank you for an awesome customer service you Rock!! Definitely be back for all my tire needs.

From walking me through the initial Estimate to staying open an hour late to finish the work, this crew could not have been more professional, informative, and flexible. Special thanks to Mike in this Benicia location!

In the past it took a very long time to get the work done but this time everything went very quickly. While checking in my car I ask to make an appointment for my other vehicle and the person helping me said just bring it in when your car is ready and we will get the work done next the right away.

I came in at the end of the day with a bad tire. Zack assessed my tires, we came up with a plan, and he assured me my car would be finished by closing time (7:00 p.m.). I returned at 7:00 and it would be a few more minutes as they were very busy that day. While they were working on my car, other problems were noted. Bottom line...they stayed until 8:35 to finish my car. They are all-stars and I truly appreciate it!

The ease of making an online appointment, the associate explained in detail what I was to expect and the service was quick since I thought I would have to make a later date appointment for the repairs. Overall very satisfied!
