Quick turnaround and good service

It's a tire shop. They didn't put the proper air pressure in my tires according to the chart in my door well. Subaru Forester.

I take all my cars there for the general services and tires.

Service was good. It seems to me 3 hours is a little long for an oil change, but with the emailed coupon the price is fair. Doing inspections pays off for the business and customer. One makes more money and the other gets service done that was needed.

Mechanic (David) is the best! On more than one occasion, he's definitely been the expert. Herbert, Zack were always there to discuss options and tackle the challenge that my hybrid presented.

Even though I did not have an appointment, the time it took to have my service was acceptable.

I thought I needed brakes, after inspection I didnt, just needed an alignment afterall. Car drives great! They even shined up my tires! Thanks to Zack and the crew in the garage, you guys are professional, trustworthy people. That's why I keep coming back to Big O! Thank you!

Store was able to find a replacement tire for me from another store and completed the work the same day.

The mechanic was knowledgeable and efficient. The warehouse had the tires needed. (The tires are not easily available and I had expected a few days wait.) Thank you for fantastic service!

I use my Big O card and get tires from Big O in Benicia whenever our families cars needed them. The service is great the owner is there evertime I've been there. And having no interest for 6 months to payoff the tires is a bonus. Definitely recommend Big O in Benicia

The overall service was thorough, but the work was not done in a timely manner.

I ran over and extremely hard object with both my left front and left rear tires. The impact force was worse than any pothole I have ever experienced, causing the left side of the vehicle to bounce severely. After the impact, the steering wheel began shaking at 60 MPH or better. Fearing an alignment or tire issue I drove straight to the Benicia Ca, store. Within the hour, staff had safety inspected my vehicle, accessed the damaged, and recommended repairs. Additionally, as they are my repair shop of choice, the staff drew my attention to previously identified general maintenance needs that I had delayed do to other priorities. All identified repair/maintenance recommendations (please see work order) were authorized at a reasonable cost. I was then provided a ride home. By the end of business that day, I was notified my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I was pleasantly surprised because the work was extensive and I believed would take at least a couple of days. I picked the vehicle up the next morning, and since that time have driven it several times. The completed work resolved all identified concerns related to the freeway incident, as well as the pending general maintenance needs of the vehicle. I am extremely happy with the staff and the services they provided. I will continue to utilize the Benicia store as my primary vehicle repair shop of choice.

Despite having a "satisfactory" safety check as part of a routine oil change10 days earlier, we discovered that the technician's work was not properly performed resulting in my needing to have a complete brake job and the inconvenience of no car for much of the day. Zack Pascoe was apologetic and accommodating. I "believe" that work was done correctly. My ratings below relate to the most recent experience.

Needed a battery and I was in a hurry.I was out of there in 15 minutes.Awesome!

Everyone here was very personable and helpful. I'm glad I decided to choose this store, however the wait time was not ideal.

Recently I took my Suburban down for a rear break inspection following info from another shop. The Suburban had been serviced their before I bought it, so I kept taking it there for oil changes etc. They recommended new rotors and brake pads. It didn't quite seem right to me, so I took it to my Local Big O Hero's, where I take all of my other vehicles. Low and behold, I only needed a quick adjustment, no pads and no shoes. Saved me $360! I think I will just keep bringing my vehicles to Kelby, Shelby and Crew in Benicia, thank you very much. I left for a road trip vacation with the Family the next day and returned Safely without any issues at all. Great work folks. -Ray Castro Jr. and Family
