We had several things we needed to have checked out on my son's car.They were able to adress them all; they even tracked down a door panel to exchange for one that needed to be replaced, and the car is more than 10 years old.They are clear about estimates and finish in a timely fashion.

I took both my Prius C and Honda Element in. The person helping us inside, Daniel Gioia, was very helpful and friendly. He explained what was needed for my Honda Element for the 120K mile check. My Prius C just needed an oil change. I was very happy with the service, however, when I got my Prius C back, the miles had been changed to km and my electronic dashboard was now reading in Spanish. It actually made me laugh and it was an easy thing to put back originally, but it would have been nice if they were the ones who put it back. :)

I needed tires for my Toyota Avalon and did some shopping around for the best tire and price. I decided on Michelin as I have had great luck with them in the past. After I found the best price I called my local Big O and they matched the lowest price. They set me up with an appointment for the next morning. This saved me a trip out of town and a lot of time. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted immediately. The staff was polite and professional and the shop was very nice. They offered me a ride home and said they would call when my car was ready. To my surprise they called in a couple of hours and said my car was ready for pickup. The entire experience was awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend Big O of Benicia. Great job, and I'll be back next time I need your services. Thank you.

I bought 2 tires for $250ish and the total amount came to over $560! I wasn't expecting the alignment to cost so much money. Next time I am needing anything related to tires, I will be going to Costco.

Fixed my nearly bald flat tire with a nail in the sidewall, sold me a new one. Three more to go as I can afford them...

I had a brought in two brand new tielrws to be installed and got it done in about 1.5 hrs. Drove it back home and turns out I was missing the valve caps and one tire was low on air. I called and spoke with Herbert and suggested that I bring it right back so they can remedy the issue. I came in the next day and turned out that the valve needed to be replaced and they took care of it right away and replaced my missing caps as well as a free oil change the next time I come in. Herbert was as professional as it gets when it comes to taking care of his customers. For that, I would return again. Although I was not greeted at my car, offered a free alignment check, or credit card app. Maybe we'll see next time.

Brought my car in for tires. Prior to bring it in I talked to rep Marcus about what type of tire I could get and if I could get them that day. He checked and called me back and said I could. I brought the car in at 3:30 pm and they started working on the tires. Upon inspection I was called about the brakes. He quoted me a price and I agreed on the work. I picked up the car the next day. Overall I'm satisfied with the work performed and the timing.
