Happy for most of the service. Just was a bit dissatisfied of waiting almost 4 hours, when told it would've been done in 90 minutes tops.

The man that checked me in and out was top notch!! Remembered me and made me feel important

Hopefully their services continue to climb upwards instead of some of the sketchy services I've been receiving in previous months

Came in for a scheduled oil and filter. During the multi- point check, I was notified that my rear brakes would be needing attention. I was given an estimate and no pressure for this service. Job was completed in a timely manner. I would recommend an appointment.

Needed emergency work to replace starter motor. Done same day . great and speedy service.

I just moved in to Benicia and needed an oil change. Called and talked to Zack and was told to come in. While performing a multi point inspection they found my battery was beginning to fail. The had one and I asked them to put it in. Thanks for the excellent service.

They mounted and balanced new tires on new wheels. Great help selecting the wheels, tires and getting it done. I shopped them with other online sources and, once again, they were competitive with the cheapest, but with great person-to-person help. Definitely worth the bridge toll!

Although they could not fix the issue they tried as best they could, called for outside assistance and helped me to transfer to place that could help.

This is my go-to tire, oil change, filter change and all around basic maintenance store.

Searched long and hard for a good deal, and found it right under my nose in Benicia. A little crowded on a Saturday morning, and not enough parking, but overall I'm happy. Saved $100!!!

My tire was not holding air so I dropped it off to repair the leaky valve or nail. I was told they would call me when it was ready and then verified my number. I waited all day and eventually called them. Yes, it was ready so I had 15 mins since they close at 6 pm. I was assured they would wait. So, this is not the end of the world. My biggest issue is the length of time it takes to have the car serviced. Twice I have made appts and the last and final one was a disaster. The person who came in 15 mins after me for a tire rotation and allignment got out if there 1 1/2 hrs before me and I only had a tire rotation. Never have I had to wait 4 hrs for a rotation, yet, if you have a rotation and alignment you can get out in 2 1/2 hrs.?! I asked what the purpose was for appts since non appts were serviced alongside appts. I was told a lame excuse that only certain mechanics can do certain jobs and the other cars had oil changes. Really? How many mechanics does it take to rotate tires? I guess it is faster to rotate AND align! Dont try to lie. We can accept the truth better if you just say you messed up! Looking to try Fairfield or Napa until more staff is hired. wishing Vallejo still had Big O.

I recently had to have my car towed because of a flat. These guys took care of not only replacing my two back tires, but a variety of maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. They are honest, not pushy, accommodating and friendly. They took care of everything I needed and it was no hassle, very friendly and the price for everything was reasonable.

Pros: public restroom, friendly staff, free parking, car repaired same day. Cons: very limited parking, repairs take most of the day.

We trust this place immensely and have been going there for years.
