Big O Tires

Been going to Mike since he was in Napa. 4 + years of excellent service . Mike is My dude!!

Zach offered the absolute best customer service we have ever received. We've given Benicia Big O our business for many years and we will continue for many more! The entire staff is great! Fairly priced, honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and super friendly... what more could you ask for!

Only issue I had was a tech messing with around with my car. Hoping my car, rubbing my EXHAUST, playing my stereo, had no respect for my car. Spending over $3k and not treating my vehicle with Respect is not the way to start my 1st experience with big O. Hopefully I can get some compensation rebates to the inconvenience at least.

I walked in and did not recognize anyone.All new people, it was a little confusing and shocking, but the person that did help me was very nice and knowledgeable.

I've come here many times to this store and always get exceptional service. The employees are always quick and honest. I prefer to travel 20 miles from home just to go to this store over my local Big-O.

My wife brought her car in and while the problem with a nail in the tire was addressed... I was disappointed that they didn't check the records and rotate the tires during the day that she left the car there. I literally got an email1 day later from the store that it was time. It would have saved time and been more convienient

I originally was at Costco to purchase my tires I needed that same day but they didn't have the tires I needed so I called Big-O tires and asked if they have the tires for my Lexus IS250 and if they match the deal Costco has. Terrence who I spoke to was very helpful and told me to come on over and he'd make sure id be out of there within 2 hours coz I have to be at work. Long story short not only he was able to help me with my situation he also gave me a new sight on what we all know that had been obsolete to customers now a days was the art of customer sevice. Terrence thank you for an awesome customer service you Rock!! Definitely be back for all my tire needs.

Had oil dripped on my driveway. should have cleaned up oil that was spilled. Staff very nice. Zack was great

I came in at the end of the day with a bad tire. Zack assessed my tires, we came up with a plan, and he assured me my car would be finished by closing time (7:00 p.m.). I returned at 7:00 and it would be a few more minutes as they were very busy that day. While they were working on my car, other problems were noted. Bottom line...they stayed until 8:35 to finish my car. They are all-stars and I truly appreciate it!

They tried hard but had to tow to Buick to fix. Josh was great.

This is by far the best service shop I have been to. Your team is honest about the repairs, wait times, and which issues can wait until next service. I bring multiple cars here and plan to continue. Keep up the good work.
