I had just gone in because my tire pressure light went on. The young man that greeted me was so nice and put air in my tires and had me on my way in about 5 min.

You need to fix your parking limited by the store. I was trying to pay for $560 service which should have taken 3 minutes, that takes me another 10 minutes to find a parking. By the time you staff made me move the car, I could of paid and left. You need a parking for pick up and pay.

It's always confusing waiting to be helped there. The is no clear order or procedure to determine who has been helped already , who is waiting to be helped, and who's next to be helped. Very confusing!

On my work order you put the wrong mileage of the vehicle. Also on the sticker in the window. It might sound petty, but when you're 71 years old, drive the car infrequently, and your memory isn't what it once was it's a bit of a problem.
