Found them to be the best value around for a good alignment of my truck. Being a contractor and getting alignments every 6 months at the other guys, foutdoor Big O offered a 5 year plan. Overall great value for the $. Thanks big o, just seemed that the store was too small to serve everyone, not good parking, and they couldn't find where they had parked my truck after service. Which happens to be a block away behind another building.So my only complaint was the location as its a small town feel but too many customers, so I guess it's not really their fault , but need to change a few things to keep up with demand.

I called they had the Michelin tires for my 2004 GMC I wanted. Then I got to the shop and asked for Eric. Eric must of misunderstood which tires I wanted. So we went over the style of light truck tire that I wanted. Then I find out that there was a better newer tire. I was persuaded by another salesman that they are the latest generation and the old generation had sidewall splitting problem. Through talking to these guys. I ended up with a better tire. I did the research and it's true. That was 5 days ago and I'm happy with the tires. It took a little longer than expected but the tire tech Henry assured me that he would knock it out in 30 minutes after 2 hours went by . Henry followed through replaced my spare with best of existing tires. I give Henry props for knocking it out and having great attitude about it. It was hectic and I thank Eric and the other salesman for keeping it together. Also Eric promised me there was 70 dollar rebate which comes and goes from the manufacturer but it wasn't in effect. But Eric kept his word and subtracted 70 off the total cost. In my book that's how you win customers. Bait and switch would left a bad taste in my mouth but that didn't happen. Thanks.

I like the quality of work you do, but really don't like the layout of the customer service area. When I walk in, I'm confused about who is handling arriving customers, who's next in line, where to go, etc. Employees come into the area, do some work at the counters, and leave, often without acknowledging waiting customers. Maybe have an employee stationed at a single counter to handle incoming work, and another counter for check-out. And/orsome signage explaining how it's supposed to work would help.
