I called in 2 hours before close and asked if they had time for my service. They did and even worked pass closing to finish my car. Note: I showed up a 1:30 minutes before close. I was made aware of the time potentially going pass 7, and agreed that I was okay with it. They finished 10 minutes after 7 completing all of the work desired. This was key for we weee going out of town the next day

After bringing in my vehicle to address a service engine indicator, Eric called me back to confirm that the indicator light turned off my itself; accordingly, Eric did not want to replace a part if it doesn't seem necessary. I greatly appreciate his honesty and saving me some cash.

I went for the aligment,asked how long is take.They said 45 minutes.I go back one hour later to pick up my car than they start to look for somebody who know how to do aligment.So I waited.about 10 minute later they took my car .about half hour later I saw my car flying from the street and than I saw it go on a lift and get aligment.So it took 2 hour...least is done.Thank you.

Always confused when I enter the shop. There are several counters, and often several folks milling around - both employees and customers. There doesn't seem to be any real structure as to what employees are available to help, talking to other employees, or 'just passing through'. I stand there & try to catch someone's eye and hope I'm not cutting in front of some other customer. Also kind of a drag to have to hike up the hill on 4th St. to get my vehicle after you've serviced it.

I have used this Big O franchise for over 16 years and continue to do so because of the staff and the service they provide. They have serviced numerous vehicles for me over the years. Recently I purchased a new vehicle with a prepaid service plan and have not been in as much. To continue bringing business to them, I have highly recommended my friends send their vehicles too them. This most recent visit was for a slow leak in my right rear tire. Mr. Terry Edick was my adviser. Over the years, Terry has taken care of my needs numerous times. He is a kind, understanding employee, Because of the relationship we have developed he goes out of his way to ask about me and my recent family and medical issues. His concern and thoughtfulness are very much a appreciated./ This visit was not different. It is because of Mr. Edick, the other staff, the the quality of their work, I will continue to return to Big O when the new car service contract expires. My thanks to everyone.

Totally hassle free service. Came in, asked for a longer wear tire and the person helping me gave me a couple of options and explained their benefits. Totally helpful with discounts and no oversell on warranties. Dropped one star because when I checked online pricing, it's different than what I got. I didn't go back to haggle the price difference since I got good service. Just wish there's a way to reconcile these prices.

While st a competitor I went on line after seeing the 29.99 oil change special and registered my 2014Prius for an appt. after I got my confirmation I called identifying myself and asked if I needed to do anything to guarantee my 29.99 rate. " no, I see you in the system. Just bring your car in tomorrow"� When I came in I was told my car was not eligible for the 29.99 special because I needed synthetic oil. I feel I should have been told that when I called.

I had my tire pressure sensors repladed. Sensors were provided by me. I also had oil and filter change for two of my vehicles same day. My tire pressure readings were not setr and my oil change remainder in my first car was not reset. Second car does not have that feature anyways. Also for the first cat I have to ask to get oil change sticker. I was not asked to get my free alignment check for either cars. Overall I am happy with the service I received. Benicia Big O is better than Berkeley Big O .Benicia they keep the quote pretty much same as quoted on the phone. It is not the case for Berkeley Big O.

The appointment we made over the phone prior to taking our car was not in your computer when we arrived. Your service person was nice enough to take our car for new tires
