Good service and friendly atmosphere. Parking difficult

I was dropped off by AAA with a tire that was unrepairable and even though it was 6:00 your crew was happy to help. I decided at the time to go ahead and replace all 4 tires. I was given a couple of different options and ended up going with the Big O brand. Long story short, 35 minutes later I had four new tires and a front end alignment completed and was heading home to Livermore a completely satisfied customer and grateful that my road adventure brought me to your store.

It would be nice to get tires rotated quicker than 3 hours.

Convenient, efficient, courteous, and dependable

It took sometime for store personnel to acknowledge incoming customers and my presence. A "Hello! Welcome to Big O Tires. Please have a seat and we'll be with you soon," would have been a nice. A general acknowledge of potential customer is always a good practice no matter the service, even if it's tires and customers show up on an as-needed basis. This occurred during both of my visits. Also, when customer representative was trying to pre-order my preferred tire he acknowledged being new. I would appreciate more of the continued effort and focus on trying to complete the transaction rather sharing such fact and the rep moving slowly or with less intention to get his job done.

Brakes done with new rotors for about 1/3 what the dealership wanted to charge, and they stop the car just as well.

Got in and out within a reasonable time. Customer service was a plus.

Was greeted with a smile and How are you doing. What can we do to help? The Associate was very friendly and helpful. Listened to my comments and was able to diagnose the problem. Because I was beginning a trip they made an effort to get me back on the road Pronto. I was very satisfied with the service and will not hesitate to tell my friends to go to the Benicia store.

I have been a customer of Big O in Benicia since 1988. I greatly appreciate the products, service, and friendliness I experience. I'm very happy with my recent purchases and would like to make some brief comments: 1. Your current staff are great - they go out of their way to be helpful. Truly appreciated. 2. The one area that I feel needs improvement is phone contact when the work is finished. The last several tines I did not receive a phone call when the car was ready. I later noticed emails but I don't always watch my computer or check my phone for texts. The phone call is still - in my opinion - the best, quickest mode of contact. Please utilize this . 3. I would like to see the customer service reps. be more informative re: the range of tire replacements. The customer should be well acquainted with the available choices and why - as I believe - the better tire offers higher performance, value, and durability.

Excellent service and fast

Zach is always amazing! I was a little annoyed however that there were several employees chatting around (it was a slow day) and I had to wait for someone to help.

They diagnosed the problem quickly. They are very courteous. The new girl at front desk who took care of my initial phone call was absolutely terrific and knowlegeable. David, who took care of my car, knows his stuff and is a real nice guy. Big O is my "go to"

The wait for a new change of tires was pretty long, but I very satisfied with everything else! I will say, it was very busy that day and all the employees were working there tails off. There was one thing I couldn't understand is that my tires had to be ordered and I was told on the phone by John, that it was in stock at the same location. Even when I arrived at the shop and talked to the same person i had talked to on the phone... He didn't alert me that he actually had to order my tires after all. I was in the waiting area the entire +3 hours. I am happy over all, with your shop and how you treat your custmers

We were able to talk to someone within 1 min of walking into location. They told us how long it would be. They performed an alignment and called us to let us know it was done. Great customer service.
