Apparently the online appointment system doesn't work, so they had no record of appointment when arrived; they fit the service in, but it took a bit longer than it needed to

Fast service. The fee was reasonable.

The staff wasn't very friendly. We didn't feel at home. We got the two tires replaced with a wheel alignment, and oil change which they recommended. So far my kids car is running smoothly.

I made my appointment on line and received a confirmation shortly after. It was very easy to check in.

Have been going to this store since moving to Benicia. Appointments are a must. With an appointment the time to complete work is acceptable. Without one a simple oil change can take hours. I feel confident in the work being done.

The associate, Ben, at the Benicia site was very knowledgeable and kind. He did a very good job and helped with what was needed. His main objective was safety which was what I appreciated.

Would be better if wheel balances is done right. Every time I buy a new tire I would always need to come back and re balance the tires. Just got new tires and now will need to come back and re balance my tires again. But overall it ok.

I came in at 8am appointment because on my last rotation the guy broke my wheel stud. I arrived at 8am and was told the mechanic starts at 9am....why wasn't I told when I made the appointment? I stood around for a hour, waiting.

We've been coming to Big O for over 20 years now. We love how convenient their locations are, the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. We have done everything from buy tires for all of our vehicles, to oil changes and have had the same reputable service regardless of the task. We always know we will be well taken care of when we drop off our car for service. The prices are fair, but it is the service that keeps bringing us back. Thank you Benicia Big O for being five stars in our book!

Recently, had four tires changed. Rich the shuttle driver was absolutely great guy and quick when dropping me off and picking me up. They were able to price match tires from another website for BFGOODRICH all terrains. Only, small issue is they told me it would take roughly 2 hours but ended up taking almost 4. Not to much of a deal since they did an amazing job.

This comment has to do with a recent experience more than a recent service. I recently called to have a slow leak repaired on a vehicle we cannot have down for any amount of time. We called to see if we could have a tire changed out with the spare and return to change it back after it is repaired. We were informed that they could not change out the tire immediately and the wait time would be approximately 90 minutes. We took the vehicle elsewhere. I am not happy given the amount of business we are processing through you location that we do not receive a little extra effort on the shops behalf. Thank you. Richard Gray Asset manager timec

Bradley, Johnny and the alignment tech Kevin were all understanding about the special alignment needed after a disc brake conversion to my 1965 Nova SS. The caster required a custom setting to prevent the wheels from rubbing on the bottom front edge of the front fenders. My vehicle needed a recheck after driving home only because of the special specs mentioned earlier and after returning the next morning Kevin dialed in the caster setting needed to make my classic car drive properly. They are a courteous and professional group of employees. Big O in Benicia did a great job aligning my car!

Did not clean install tire lubricant off tire, looked very messy. Cleaning that off tire should be included on instillation

Been a customer for quite sometimes. I have 5 vehicles that I purchased tires at big o.

When I come in, it's always a bit confusing as to which customer is next in line, and what employees are taking care of customers. There is rarely any notice or acknowledgement by employees until after I've been there a while.

I have to come in often to bring my work trucks. The team is straightforward and gets you in and out. The only issue I've ever had is that a few times my vehicle was ready and I had to call to find out.
