Big O Tires

I have been coming to this Big O for years now. I have experienced NOTHING but great service from the staff. Kelby has always been honest and upfront with the maintenance and work that needs to be done on my cars. This is first place I take all my cars to. I recommend this store to all my friends and family! Thanks Big O Benicia!

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS EXICELLENT - MR. TED BOYER EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME IN DETAIL PRICING ETC. HE WAS EFFICIENT, KIND AND INTELLIGENT - SADLY THIS IS VERY LACKING IN MANY OTHER BUSINESSES IN CALIFORNIA TODAY - THE CUSTOMER IS NOT TREATED WITH RESPECT AND KINDNESS - BUT AT BIG O TIRES IN BENICIA, CA THANKFULLY IS NOT THE CASE - EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED OVER THE MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF BIG O HAS BEEN WONDERFUL.

The whole experience was done in a quick manner, and service was done very well.

Alfredo (at the shop) was very helpful and polite. John (in the office) was also helpful and professional. Unknowingly, I came to have my tires checked because of there was a warning light (to check tire pressure). Alfredo met me when I parked my car in front of the shop. He checked the tire pressure and found a nail on the rear tire. Very friendly guy. I patronize Big O due to your friendly, polite and professional people. Thank you!

The person who helped me was thorough in talking to me about the issues I was having with my tires. Even though the store was busy, he was able to get me checked in, in a timely manner.
