Big O Tires

Big O staff always explain things in a way that is relatively easy to understand so that I can make the best decision about what repairs to make, what I can afford etc. I find their prices to be far better that dealerships and have been happy with their work thus far. The service manager even agreed to help us with any repairs beyond the time that the work is guaranteed. Of course that's a year away but we feel pretty confident that they would keep to that promise.

I was very pleased with Big O in Benicia. I had my car towed there from Toyota 101 in Redwood City. Toyota miss diagnosed my car. The tech knew exactly what the problem was and it was repaired in a timely manner.

Lobby was well set up and representatives very friendly and helpful. Spoke to me when I entered and more than one asked if they could help or that they would be with me shortly, even when working with another customer. I was noticed and they let me know that.

My truck had a slow leak in one tire. I stopped by Big O in Benicia & without an appointment-they took my truck in & I was back on the road in no time!

The technician Ted was extremely helpful. He was not trying to up sell me or pressure me into other services but was genuinely helping me with concern on my car issues and with what was needed. Very friendly and professional.

I brought my car in for a quick tire rotation and to look at one tire that was low. Turned out the tire was damaged, and because I have a 4wd vehicle, all four tires needed to be replaced. That was unfortunate, but the BigO crew offered me a reasonable deal on the tires and completed the work the same day.

I am always pleased with the transparent, honest service. The staff is always polite and friendly.

It was a lifesaver, since I had a very important meeting I had to be home for and my car doesn't have a spare tire. (It came with a can of Fix-A-Flat, which does you no good at all when your tire disintegrates) They had my tire (which is a very unusual size) in stock, and they got me back on the road in very good time!
