Big O Tires

PERSONNEL WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT SERVICE ON THE WORK DONE TO MY TRUCK.

I went to Walnut Creek location first to buy tires and they were the worst. Gave Benicia location a chance and glad I did. This has been a great location for buying tires and follow up afterwards.

My vigils would not start and got a jump start prior to riding down to Big O in Benicia. I felt it was the battery;but explained to the manager to please chech charging system. They did and replaced the battery. I reloaded the following day that the old battery, which I purchased from big O previously was prorated so I called and let them know and they credited my account for the proration of my previous battery.They did credit my purchase for the $40 that was coming to me on the proration that was great they handled it very well and emailed me the receipt think they did an excellent job

My car was fixed quickly and completely. It drives so much better after the engine work was done. I always use Big O for tires and oil changes but the mechanics here are very skillful.

Took the car in for several things all were accomplished plus a couple of things I didn't know about. Got it all done in one day. The dealer has a hard time getting anything done in one day.

Jordan was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained the package options clearly and helped me get the best value for money. There was good follow up communication regarding the need for wheel alignment.

I had a flat and they fixed it quickly and got me on my way

The hard part is where they park the car after the service is done - need to walk on a hill. Service is awesome!!

accomodating, friendly: I have been patronizing Benicia Big O Tires since I moved in town over 5 years ago.The quality of service has not deminished regardless on who is assisting you at the time of service.They offer various solution and or options with detailed explanations of quality of product.

I was really impressed with Anthony's help. He was super helpful in that he explained things in a way that made it easier for me to understand and found ways to get me the best price I could.

When we first got our car I took it to get oil changes everywhere and then it needed brakes and I took it somewhere else. We had a problem and needed it towed and I have Big O a try. The staff is super awesome and knowledgeable. Never pressure selling and tell it like it is. With that first experience I haven't taken my car anywhere else. Big O knows me and my car and have always taken care of anything we needed . This place is the best!

The location was convenient and close to some great eateries. The staff was friendly & professional, not to mention service was quick with easy check out. I'd definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

Shelby and Eric are the reasons why I come back. Shelby is sweet, warm, and very knowledgeable and professional; I've known her for several years and she's great. glad she came back from Danville. Eric is kind and straightforward: he's humorous and very knowledgeable also. Very glad to have returned to you and your fine people and service. will return soon.

Tire blew on my smart car, on the way to an important meeting. They got me out in 1 hour...and I was still able to make the meeting. Great Job!
