We have been customers of Big O in Benicia, CA for many years. The service has always been excellent. The employees explain the product information and answer all questions in a manner you can understand.

Customer service provided by service writer Jordan really excellent, as was that of another service writer with me twice during the past six months. Sorry I can't remember his name, but I do remember the great customer service he provided. Service writers are extremely important, because they are the representatives to your customers.
