Big O Tires

Dropped off a set of wheels and tires and they were done correctly and have had zero issues with balancing. This is the second set I dropped off to them.

This was the first ever visit to Big 'O', but was aware of the location driving by. Although the shop was busy (late in the afternoon) service was prompt, friendly and very efficient.

Customer service was 5 Stars!!! From the ease of making appointment online, to being met with professional, knowledgeable associates to assist in the selection and purchase of 4 new tires (and found out that he had the same car to boot!) He did not lead us to the most expensive, but to the best fit for our vehicle, which we really appreciated. The price was fair and we will definitely be back. We love our neighborhood Big O and bring all our cars for all our needs to the Benicia location. They are the BEST!!

I came with a low inflation on the right rear tire. They checked it within five minutes and there was a nail in the tire. I waited in the office to make a work order. It was on Saturday and it was very busy. The told me if I left the care there they could have it fixed within 4 hours. It was repaired 2 1/2 hrs. later.

From the service provided by Bradley to fixing my problem and checking the rest of my vehicle. My total experience was top notch.
