We were visiting Benicia, having come from Idaho in a rental van. Went out in the morning to begin our travels and noticed a flat tire. Took the van to Big O and explained the situation. Within 30 minutes the tire was fixed. Not only was that amazing, based on the number of cars waiting for work, but there was no charge for the service. What a great crew and extremely friendly as well. Fantastic customer service!

Only came in to get wiper blades. The service guy put them on right away and I was in and out in 5 mins! Thanks so much!
