Big O Tires

We like very much the time they all take to explain the problems with our cars, the possibilities and the priorities. It is always easy to get an appointment. The cost is unbeatable and the attention is superb. We will recommend them to all our friends.

I decided to shop online for a deal on an oil change. I usually take the car in to Oil Changers because its closest to my house, but I thought I could find a better deal than $88.00 dollars online. I spotted a Big O Tires group-on deal for about half that price. Since I had a little time to kill this past Monday, I decided to just drop in the Benicia location, hangout in the lobby and read a magazine while they serviced my car. Luckily things were moved pretty fast. I was out of there before I finished one magazine. I’m a bit of a stickler for customer service. Marques was great. He told me I would soon be needing my front rotors resurfaces, fluid & brake pads replaced. I suspected as much. I have an appointment set for Thursday [tomorrow] and have yet to find a better price than the one I was quoted at Big O Tires. Good, Reasonable and Honest Mechanics are hard find. I think Benicia’s Big O Tires is a Keeper. I Will be Recommending them to my Family and Friends.

As always every aspect of this service was excellent. I find everyone honest, trustworthy and concerned about my needs.

Looked for a specific manufacturer and size of tires, and Big O came through!

When we moved to Benicia in 2014 we were concerned about finding a reliable shop to work on our cars. We were very happy to find our local Big O Tires and our most recent visit was an excellent example of why we love Big O. I took my car in for a routine oil change and check up. The shop called me a short while later to tell me they found a problem with my power steering pump - it was failing and leaking fluid. The shop has always been proactive about letting me know when they found issues and telling me whether it is urgent or can be put off for a bit. This wasn't urgent, but they were able to do the work that day so I had them proceed. It's great to have a shop you can trust like Big O!

Brought car in, service attendant was good, car was ready earlier than promised and the price seemed fair.
