My wife dropped me off. Her vehicle was giving a tire warning. I asked about air and got perfect and important checks and air pressure all around. We were both very grateful. Gas stations never assist, and lately they are blatantly failing to even have a working air line as required by law.

Andre the manager keeps me coming to this location. I used to pay an arm and a leg going to the dealership for maintenance. now i go to big o tires in Benicia. Andre makes me fee welcomed and valued as a customer. Keep up the good work!

We recently brought our VW Bug and Toyota Highlander in--one for a new battery + oil change, and the other for tire rotation. As always, the service was done quickly, they accommodated our last minute drop-in, and they were honest about the need for a new battery.

Service was done quickly. Called the day before and asked questions about service timeline and options, the rep who spoke to me that day was patient and professional. The next day when service was completed Mike was great, gave me some options and communicated well. Price overall was reasonable.

Turns out I did! Dealerships always try to sell me stuff and when in doubt, I ask Big O. I get honest answers like, you probably have another 3-6 Mos left before you get new tires, or no, you're fine but let's rotate them if you have time and get the air pressure checked. My tires wore unevenly so I got new ones and was reminded to keep air in them. My alignment was good so it was air issue. Speedy, discussed various options on tire grade and my need. It was done in a snap. I'm going back for 4 new ones on my other car on Monday. Appt times are great!
