BIGO checked tires and repaired one with puncture

From the easy of making an appointment to the completion of work only a few hours later, the entire experience was drama free and cordial. I have no reservations whatsoever regarding a return. I should add, however, that I have purchased tires from this location over the years and thus it was my first choice for a replacement set.

It is nice to have a place where I can take my vehicles, knowing I'm getting the best service and reasonable pricing.

Unscheduled oil change. 1 1/2 hr. wait. Was within walking distance from home. Car was ready as estimated. Very convenient and pleased with the service received.

We go to Big O for all 3 cars, and the service is great. They go out of their way to solve problems. When our service light came on they solved it with an easy fix and finished it a day earlier than expected.

I would be nice to see a proper breakdown of charges and credits for GroupOn or other discounts on the invoice.

I had trouble with the horrible on line appointment system but a man at the store made the spot with me in the phone service was prompt and everything I needed was done.

Great customer service. I had a tire I had to keep putting air in and thought I needed to replace it. The person who inspected my car said I could get the tired repaired, which was a relief. When my car was completed, an error had been made and another tire was also repaired, so I got two for one. Very happy with the service and the way it was handled. I will definitely be back to buy tires when needed.
