Pablo helped me with questions about my Audi Q-5 AWD tire needs

Their inventory system does not talk with the appointment system, so when u show up they tell u they don’t have what u ordered in stock! However, Bryan, the manager, intervened & upgraded to tires they had in stock but gave me the price of the original tires I ordered, and completed the job!

I used them a week ago. They are excellent and highly recommended.

I made an appointment but needed an earlier time that was not available online. I called and the associate suggested to drop in and they would try to squeeze me in. I did so and my car was ready in 2 hours.

I was shopping around for full set of tires for my Ford F150 truck and Mercedes GLK350. Called Big O Tires Benicia and Pablo Araujo provided the best deal compared to others I called. Wife and I took the vehicles and were told it would be done in about 1.5 hours so we waited. We came around 4 pm and waited till past 8 pm. Pablo already left. Herbert Eulalia took over and explained there was a mix up because there's 2 Mercedes and one of them is overnight. Herbert kindly offered free oil change for both vehicle for having us wait that long. The free oil change offer was very timely because both vehicles are due so I took them again the following day. One thing I noticed is that all the technicians I observed working on my vehicle were paying attention to details, example is final check of the lug nuts. Great service overall.

The visit was professionally done and in good time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

These guys are great! Very competitive prices, great work, very helpful and knowledgable. They always beat their time estimate too. Highly recommend them, been using Benicia Big O for years.

Staff were very approachable, making it easier to discuss the work I was requesting to be performed. I was able to drop the vehicle off the night before, allowing the work to commence the next day at their convenience. By mid-morning I rec'd a text message indicating the car was ready to be picked up. The service tech did a great job, the car runs better than before (a switch/sensor had failed) and there were no hand prints/marks left. Thank you! Kirk

Always know where to take my car to get superb service!

I was having an issue with two of my tires. I called to make an appointment for the next day but there were none available. The associate, Brian, told me to bring my car down anyway and they would make sure I was taken care of. They put on four new tires, did an alignment, and checked out the hoses, lights, fluids, etc. My car was ready within a few hours. I’m very grateful for their friendliness and professionalism. Car problems are never fun or convenient, but they made the experience painless. A big thank you to Brian, Matthew, and the nice gentleman who checked me in. Thank you, Big O!! We have always been Big O customers until we moved. We found a new Big O store in Benicia and the team is very friendly.They really want to assist you with your needs. They provide you with multiple options and do not try to convince you to buy a tire you dont need just to make a deal.

This shop is insanely busy! Given the demand, the staff gets the job done. It is easy to see why they are so busy, they do what they say!
