Big O Tires

My only complaint was with the "appointment". My understanding was that if I made an appointment that my car would be serviced about that time. I came prepared to wait an hour or so for my car. To say that my car would be available in about 3.5 hours for an oil change surprised me. I was not prepared to not have a car in a reasonable wait time and had to make arrangements to be picked up and brought back to the shop to pick up my car.

I came in to get an oil change and didn't have an appointment. I got checked in quickly and my car was done within an hour. A nail was found in one of my tires and they repaired it at no charge. The man who checked me in, also applied a $20 coupon to my oil change. I believe in loyalty and treating customers like this is a great way to keep their business. I will bring all my vehicles here.

I loved the service and they did a great job keeping me informed about my vehicle. They did a free inspection and gave me information about my cars services.

Don't usually write these, but they are VERY deserving . Went the extra mile also. If I don't see you soon It's because everything is still perfect. If they ran a dating service I'd be married!!

Apart from being the "only game in town" the staff at Big O excel at customer service. They meet the best anyone could expect: They do what they say they will, at the time, and with quality! Although they are often INCREDIBLY busy, (especially at opening time - when they need to have all hands on deck), they are efficient and thorough.

People were efficient and friendly work was completed within time expected.

For the past 10 years, I have always gone to the Benicia Big O Tires location because the level of professionalism and customer service here outweighs that of any I've experienced at other locations (Vallejo when it was still open, Union City, San Mateo). The team here above and beyond what I expected for the servicing of my vehicle.

I would like to see if we can get a little quicker time on a oil change tire rotation,it has been taking an 1 hour and a half to get that done for people with apointments,I feel thats too long of a wait.it should take that long but other than that,the service is great.
