Good tires and installation service

I had not dealt with Terry before, but he was terrific. After I called with a time restriction, he prepared for my visitt in advance, was courteous, and thorough. Plus he got me out on time. He also followed up with an email estimate as promised! Excellent experience overall.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and was promptly attended to. The staff were friendly, and although I was told the tire repair would take about an hour, it was only about 35 minutes.

Pleasant experience

Service was fast. Price is better than dealership but much better assurance. Free rotations is a big plus specially nowadays when everything is up. Friendly staff.

I brought my 5th wheel in for new tires and to remove a shredded tire that was rapped tightly around the axel of my 5th wheel. Zack (assistant manager) treated me very good. gave me a good price on new tires, installation and he spent one hr. removing shredded tire from my axel. he did not charge me for that!Top notch man,top notch store. THANKS ZACK!

I drove in late 630 on a Monday evening with a bad tire, leaking. The staff was very helpful. I feel serviceman @ counter went out of his way to assist me, also educated me about tire rotation and oil changes :).......they replaced my tire that same eve. and we very professional and polite. Excellent customer service, I will return for maintenance and repair!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

My tire service was complicated. Mike began the service, but Craig took over and knew all details.

Shelby was awesome. I was a walk in for a flat tire repair. She set an expectation that she would have an estimate to me in a particular time. Not only was the estimate done, but I was in and out way under that time. She even showed me how to use the coffee machine. Thank you.

Like what I said to the manager, The feedback on yelp, there is negative feedback which I can not believe as the service are exceptional. Whiners do not apply.

As a trainer in customer service, I was very impressed with the level of service I was given upon my recent visit. Terance was so personable and explained my options to me, helping me to feel comfortable with my decisions. He was confident, courteous, professional and lighthearted. You are lucky to have someone like him to represent your establishment and to connect with your customers from start to finish.

I needed a new tire and an oil change. I feel that I received both for a good price and the job was done quickly. The only concern was that I was not called when it was done, however it was a pleasant surprise to see it was already complete when I came back to check on things.
