I used them 2 days in a row with 2 different vehicles and am very impressed. Highest customer service anywhere and at Big O Tires in Benicia. It is a great feeling to know no unnecessary work is asked to be done.

I pulled in with a nail in my run flat tire on a busy Saturday afternoon and it was repaired within 3hrs.

The sales associate cleared up our misconception regarding scheduled maintenance that saved us money. Also unlike previous visits, the shop visit was a good experience with respect to communication and prompt service.

Needed 2 new front tires and wanted to match existing tire. Got what I wanted. Great price! This was 2nd purchase from this location, will definitely do again.

Good tires and service

They consulted with me and gave an idea of what might be wrong. Did the necessary tests. Gave me an estimate. Were able to complete the work well ahead of schedule.I am very satisfied.

On 10–20-22 I had to be towed into Big O Tires and Benicia. Left my vehicle overnight. I had numerous issues that were all resolved. I charged $2000 to my big o credit card . My alternator needed to be replaced several pully’s, radiator replacement two warning lights were on. When I left the following day at about 6 PM, all of my problems that I came in forward, resolved, drove home my vehicle so far has performed excellently, and to be specific all of the folks that I dealt with I believe Thomas Craig. And especially Zack‘s. All were very, very courteous. I am a repeat customer that I’ve been coming here many many years, and I never got better service.

The staff tried to locate an available refurbished wheel, but eventually we ordered a new wheel. The delay in the unsuccessful alternate approach was unfortunate but resolved.

Started with Craig Barlow who instantly started assisting me. Very friendly man with a lot of knowledges. Got me checked in quickly. In the end Zack Pascoe helped me finish and pay. Made me laugh alot. Super friendly and kind. I brought in a Groupon and he added the $30 discount no questions asked. I will definitely come back again.
