Big O Tires

Came in Friday (it was pouring down rain) at around 5:15pm, I was welcomed and my slow leak tire was fixed right away and for only $30!! Thank you!!!

Good service, nice employees

My daughter and I found ourselves with a flat tire and hundreds of miles from home. We drove in on our spare and drove out with our tire fixed and back on the car, the spare and tools neatly stored. Zack was very helpful in assessing the tire damage and getting us taken care of in a timely fashion. Also of note, delicious donuts in the waiting area.

They checked the other parts for our safety, like the brakes and condition of the tires and made recommendations.

The staff is extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave me a good price, despite having missed the three tires for one free deal. They were short staffed, but really hustled and efficiently took care of all of the who were waiting.

The crew got me in for a new (emergency) set of tires late afternoon before a holiday. They were swamped but promised to have it done which they did. They made some suggestions which I will certainly have done by them! Eric Mack was a superstar in the "awesome and professional service" department!

Big O consistently provides courteous, professional, timely, and reasonably priced service. We were informed of unexpected issues and options for repairs.

The people were friendly, I also felt like I wasn't led on to being sold anything I did not want. The location also had extra amenities to offer: coffee and a bathroom, which is a big plus for me.
