Big O Tires

I had less than an hour to have my tire repaired - they got me in and out with time to spare.

Very impressed with the attention to detail from removing/reinstalling the body panels over the rear tires to replacng the valve caps (and everything in between).

I wanted my brakes checked, and an oil change. The oil change was done and the rear brakes were replaced by 3:00 PM. Everything went very well.

Received a decent price on tires after incorrect tire code was corrected. Parking could be better.

Excellent service by all the staff. Got my Jeep lifted and it went smoothly. I was also made aware of anything extra that needed to be done. Also, the staff works in a timely manner and are friendly. I definitely will be going back to Big O tires in Benicia and recommend them to all my friends!

I had a battery problem and Zack Pascoe was very helpful in helping me to resolve it. Great follow through.

Craig did a thorough examination of my old tires. He told me what he recommended based on their condition. He showed me a variety of tires that I could use to replace my old ones and helped me to compare the differences between what each type of tire offered and their price. It was easy to see the differences through the interface screen he showed me. Once I picked the tires I wanted he quickly showed me the a available appointments so I could choose when to come in. When I came in the next day he told me when the car would be ready and later I was pleasantly surprised when the car was ready ahead of schedule. It was easy to pay for the service and pick up my car.

I like coming here. They are always helpful. One of the girls that worked there left and I am sad about that but all the men are knowledgeable.

Tires that I need is available unlike other shops that need to order and will wait for 7 days. Free checks on brakes that I need to replace, Free check on my battery that is only 50% good. The friendliness and helpfulness of the associates. Will need an alignment next visit.

Always the best customer service and fair prices. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
