I am the Fleet Manager, an employee actually took the truck in. We had issues with another major shop in town and it was suggested to bring it Big O instead. I brought my daughter's car to have a tire repaired. Everyone was helpful! I decided to have my wife pick me up, thinking that I would have to wait for a while until the tire would be ready. To my surprise the repair was done quickly, and I had to have my wife bring me back after 15 minutes to pick up the car.

The staff was excellent. But I still believe I should of been taken care of before anything else. It was just a Inspection. It doesn't take more than 10 minutes to check the vehicle. Everybody else had maintenance or longer work to do. Just in my opinion I would take care of the little stuff and work on the longer stuff in the process.

I appreciate how friendly and professional the staff member are/were. I questioned a few different members a few questions and not once was I made to feel that I was wasting their time or that my inquiries were 'dumb questions'. That's part of the reason why I believe their Customer Service is A1 [I'm a bit of a stickler for Common Courtesy & Good Customer Service]; In addition to this the restroom was clean.

The guys at Big O tires are simply wonderful! I had a tire in need of repair and I had a school pick up schedule that I really needed to follow. Craig and Bradley took the tire and told me that I could come in after my school pick ups and they would put the repaired tire back on for me. I always have a 100% wonderful experience with Big Os tires

As always I am happy with Big Os service. I love the coupons they send out for oil changes and I know they do a multi point check to make sure my car is safe and running well! Kelby at the front desk is always helpful, fast and courteous!
