Big O Tires

The mechanic was knowledgeable and efficient. The warehouse had the tires needed. (The tires are not easily available and I had expected a few days wait.) Thank you for fantastic service!

Through and simple-

I use my Big O card and get tires from Big O in Benicia whenever our families cars needed them. The service is great the owner is there evertime I've been there. And having no interest for 6 months to payoff the tires is a bonus. Definitely recommend Big O in Benicia

Everything was communicated well, explained the problems with the brakes after inspection done.

I ran over and extremely hard object with both my left front and left rear tires. The impact force was worse than any pothole I have ever experienced, causing the left side of the vehicle to bounce severely. After the impact, the steering wheel began shaking at 60 MPH or better. Fearing an alignment or tire issue I drove straight to the Benicia Ca, store. Within the hour, staff had safety inspected my vehicle, accessed the damaged, and recommended repairs. Additionally, as they are my repair shop of choice, the staff drew my attention to previously identified general maintenance needs that I had delayed do to other priorities. All identified repair/maintenance recommendations (please see work order) were authorized at a reasonable cost. I was then provided a ride home. By the end of business that day, I was notified my vehicle was ready for pick-up. I was pleasantly surprised because the work was extensive and I believed would take at least a couple of days. I picked the vehicle up the next morning, and since that time have driven it several times. The completed work resolved all identified concerns related to the freeway incident, as well as the pending general maintenance needs of the vehicle. I am extremely happy with the staff and the services they provided. I will continue to utilize the Benicia store as my primary vehicle repair shop of choice.

Needed a battery and I was in a hurry.I was out of there in 15 minutes.Awesome!

Had a 4 pm appointment arrived at 3:30 checked in and sat in waiting room watched my car move into shop at 5 pm. Sat in waiting room until 6:05 until I walked up to counter. Was then when I asked for status that I was told they weren't able to do the alignment as the person was out sick. Was asked to come back next day to complete the appointment. When I walked in the next day the gentleman who asked me to come back had his tech pull the car out and put mine in immediately. For that I will be back.

All I know is Zach at the Benicia store is the best! I tell everyone to go to him he breaks everything down and tells you the best recommendation for your car and makes you feel at home with his service.

Everytime I visit Big O Tires, Benicia, I feel I am their favorite customer even though I rarely need to go. My service needs are always met by confident and courteous professionals.

The process and customer service during my drop-off were excellent. Staff was friendly. My punctured tire was repaired and we were notified in a timely manner. Everything was great.

When i arrived to my appointment i was seen right away and my vehicle was immediately put on the alignment rack. My technician told me the process of the alignment, being knowledgeable on the subject already myself i was able to verify for myself that everything he told me was true and correct. He had asked me what specifications i wanted my vehicle to be adjusted to and he got them perfect. Highly satisfied and recommend
