Big O site provides excellent service, a comfortable waiting room, and reasonable prices. If you live near Clearlake CA, it is the place to go for tires and regular servicing. They are prompt, pleasant and polite.

Found Big-O tires on our drive down Lakeshore Avenue. We popped in, got immediate help, with a printed-out quote for 4 tires for our 2001 Toyota Echo, and had them installed on the spot! Their waiting room is clean, we got ice cold water while waiting for the install, and were out within a half hour! They get 5 stars all around - we found a sweet surprise from the owner waiting for us in the car!! Kudos for the all-around service experience, and nice touch from Denise, the owner! Thanks, Big-O!!!

We take all of our vehicles to Big O for maintenance and tires. Employees are helpful and efficient. Their prices are good, and we've always had our cars back on the road quickly!

I use them for my car & my moms 4 oil changes. Also I love that they send me a text when our cars are due 4 an oil change.

I stopped to make an appointment for next week and was out with the work done in a little over an hour. And a very reasonable price I have taken my car here since the business opened and will continue to the end of my driving days
