Everyone was very friendly, from when I called to get information to when I got there to check in got my oil change. The staff was professional and courteous. I watched them interact with a difficult costumer with ease, patience, grace and kindness you don’t see much of lately. All questions I had were answered in a way that was easy to understand. They double checked my car just to be sure it was safe after the gentleman working on it was pulled away many times but he wanted to be sure it was safe before leaving. I will 10000% recommend this location to everyone I can!

Once again I have always had great service at this Big O store. They are friendly, courteous, and always make me feel very good about my car issue. I had a nail in my tire that was causing my tire pressure to go down everyday so I took it to Big O in Clearlake and they fixed it in about 20 minutes. I was in my car and off to do what I had to do that afternoon. There was no charge but they helped me fix a tire that could have otherwise blown on the highway or just deflated so they did what I asked and got me on my way. Thanks so much for your great service and I will certainly be back for any other issues that arise with the Sherman family cars!

The people are friendly here, I like the low prices and that you guys accept coupons for services I also got tires for my other car and you guys gave me a great price I have two Impalas a 2008 and a 2014 I bring them both for services here. Anytime I drop in and need air in my tires they are always happy to help me.

I have always been a fan of Big O. We started using them in the 80's in Auburn, Ca. and till using them in Clearlake!!

The quality of the products and service is always outstanding. Staffing is always adequate and very pleasant. Time of wait for service to be completed is never too long. They always let you know an estimated length of time for service. They have a good standing in the community.

I have only been at this store twice but I knew the owner from when she was at the other store in Clearlake. I am always treated wonderfully and the service has been nothing but top notch. I appreciate the detail yet how quickly they get the job done. They are competitive with bigger chains in Santa Rosa and I try my best to keep my business locally. This Big O tires shop is a superb shop with top of the line customer service. Keep doing what you are doing and you will continue to get my business.
