I have been a big o customer for years and when I moved to Lake County three years ago to take care of my father I have continued to use this particular Big o and have been extremely happy. I am leaving to move back to the Bay area now and will continue with my big o people there, but I'm very grateful for the kind service that I received here

Great service and I feel safe that my vehicle gets checked by a trained technician. Being a single mom I can always use help making sure my vehicle is safe and running to be able to get kids to school and make it to work and back home.

My tire came off the rim while I was driving & had to be towed. While I waited for the tow, I called around for estimates. Big O was the only one of 5 tire stores that had tires for my AWD Honda Element. Brad was great on the phone & assured me that they would take care of me & they did! Everyone there was friendly & helpful. The waiting room was nice & warm, with good coffee available! I thought I got great value & will return for two more tires!

As soon as I came in I was welcomed and they let us know it would only be a few minutes, great customer service, and when I picked it up after a very long day for them they where just as kind and considerate.

This is a company that actually tries hard to meet the needs of their customers. Denise and her crew work hard to insure they get the job done right. Bret and Jim the counter guys, listen and communicate with the shop and keep you informed. Waiting room and restroom are always clean. The mechanics are willing to explain things, if you ask, and everyone works as a team. Thanks to Denise, I have a local shop I can trust.
