Knowing that I drive up and down the mountain a lot I appreciate Cody telling me I'd need new tires soon

I came in to have my oil changed and tires rotated, I am very happy with the services rendered! The employees are always helpful and very knowledgeable.

The wait time for my oil change was quite lengthy. There were several tire issues that kept coming in and it seems to me they received immediate service which seemed to make my oil change take longer. There was another lady there the same time as me and she also waited a very long time.

We are repeat customers. Always receive quality service.

I had had new tires put on my BigO earlier in the month, they told me that I needed new brakes and to come back to get them done I came in to get my brakes done on a Tuesday and was told I would need to make an appointment. I set an appointment for Saturday. I came in on Saturday and waited over an hour and a half for them to tell me they would have to order my brakes and come back on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week. What a waste of time. I took off of work to get my brakes done that Saturday! They KNEW MY BRAKES WERE BEING DONE ON SATURDAY. WHY did they not plan to have my brakes on hand??? Why did they make me sit there for over 1-5 hours before they figured out they didn't have my brakes???? I I will never go back again. I don't trust that they will value my time and be prepared to service my car. Goodbye BigO!

I work right down the street so I was able to drop my car off on my lunch and pick it up after work. So easy and convenient I didn't have to make special transportation arrangements!

I went in to get my brakes done and an oil change in February. Very nice guy at the front desk and seemed knowledgeable. They even gave me a ride to work in the morning and then I got a ride back to the store after work. All seemed good but when I got in the car I noticed, as I drove off, my check engine light was still on, so I called and spoke to the gentlemen at the front desk which said bring it back in because they must of forgot to turn it off. As I drove 45mins home I noticed my low window washer fluid light was on so I called and spoke to the same guy again and told him the fluids weren't topped off. He said bring in the car and they will top off the fluids. After I got home I checked my oil and it was not clean so I called again, and told him I needed the oil changed too. He said bring it in and they will chexk things out. Well I don't live in town and I was off work that next week so I called the following week and spoke to a lady who said it was to long ago abd I would have to pay for the oil change. I asked for the manager and she said she was, so after being told a week and half was to long of a time to get it done now, I hung up. Won't go back!!!

Had the front pads and the rotors replaced on my 2008 Scion XB. It was done in just about an hour. Great/speedy service!
