These guys are straight up and honest! They always treat me with respect and give me options. They give me a "heads up" about upcoming fixes which takes the stress out of last minute repairs. I switched to them after a competitor overcharged me for a complementary service. I've never been happier. As a woman who isn't car savvy - I never feel lied to and they explain exactly what the issue is without adding additional fixes and/or costs. The guys at the desk are great! Excellent customer service and mechanical know-how. Please go here, you'll not be disappointed. NOBODY in Clearlake can even compare to this place!

I bought tires about a year ago and my ride so so smooth and quiet. Low end markets like Walmart and such often do not carry the best tires, nor do they make proper installation. It's worth the cost to do it right!

Like a dolt, I completely forgot my 9 am appointment for an oil change, but even though I had a coupon, they still got me in that day- on a Saturday! Clean, quick & super nice!

Service from the crew in the shop was excellent and fast, but the main person running the front desk was lacking customer service skills and ii had to be checked in and out by the people in the shop as he answered phone calls and ran off doing things without ever aknowloging the customers in line.

They do good work customer service could be a little better but that's the only issue

Always reliable! Have all of my regular service done here on all our vehicles. They are always clean & courteous. Clean waiting area and the free coffee ain't half bad!
