Big O Tires

As I continue to come back to this store the customer service is wonderful. They were swamped when I came in around 8 am for 2 new tires. After I sat down the store just exploded with people. There were 2 people in front of me so I knew that I would be waiting for a couple of hours to get 2 new tires installed. I sat and did some work on my phone and they got my car done within and hour and a half and that was with about 20 people coming through the door after me. I appreciate this Big O and appreciate what they do for me every time I show up. Thanks again for your service and I will continue to come back!!

We were on vacation in an RV when we experienced poor acceleration. With no appointment, we were fit in quickly and after a test drive and replacing a fuel filter we were back on the road good as new. Being out of downers we could have easily been taken advantage of but we weren't. Thanks.

I have been a big o customer for years and when I moved to Lake County three years ago to take care of my father I have continued to use this particular Big o and have been extremely happy. I am leaving to move back to the Bay area now and will continue with my big o people there, but I'm very grateful for the kind service that I received here

These guys are straight up and honest! They always treat me with respect and give me options. They give me a "heads up" about upcoming fixes which takes the stress out of last minute repairs. I switched to them after a competitor overcharged me for a complementary service. I've never been happier. As a woman who isn't car savvy - I never feel lied to and they explain exactly what the issue is without adding additional fixes and/or costs. The guys at the desk are great! I bought tires about a year ago and my ride so so smooth and quiet. Low end markets like Walmart and such often do not carry the best tires, nor do they make proper installation. It's worth the cost to do it right!

Bought a couple more tires and switched from air to nitrogen, had an oil change and got the nitrogen for free with the $20 coupon I used!
