Big O Tires

I was informed of everything up front. I waited for my oil change with coffee and reading materials. When my car was done, I was told of all the items that were checked and okay. The price was a great price in comparison to what I have paid with other service centers. When I got into my car, there was a flower and a new trash bag with a thank you! I feel very well taken care of, and the price was great!

Had a front end inspection. The store was clean and the management was attentiveWill go there again.

Had the front pads and the rotors replaced on my 2008 Scion XB. It was done in just about an hour. Great/speedy service!

Excellent service. Started by bringing 1 car in to get oil changed and tire fixed, and ended the day with bringing in 4 vehicles for oil change and tires. All 4 vehicles were done, excellent communication, super service!

I was very happy with my experience getting a tune up on my vehicle. They had my Jeep in & out in matter of a couple of hours.
