Angel, rep at Big O Tires in Pleasant Hill, CA, not only got my vehicle in after I got stuck in traffic and wasn't able to make it on time for my 11:00am appt., but by the time I was able to bring my SUV in, it was almost 2:00pm and they were able to (1) mount, balance and align 4 new tires; (2) complete an oil change; (3) replace my windshield wipers; (4) replace headlight bulb; (5) replace license plate bulb; and (6) perform diagnostic and let me know what other issues with my vehicle that need to be addressed/replaced/fixed. FRIENDLY, WELCOMING ATTITUDE.

I came in with a flat tire and since it was during the shelter at home time, I appreciated not being greeted at my car. However, all in the store greeted me upon entering. I was in and out within a half hour - much grateful for the speedy service.
