I scheduled an appointment last minute on a Sunday for the following Monday. By Monday morning, I received and email that my appointment was accepted. Within a few hours, my car had new tires, an alignment, oil change, and they checked my brakes. I was very happy it all worked out considering how short notice I did everything.

Service was ok, had an appointment but they did not have record of it!

Great price than the other tires shop.

Worked with Ramon at the SoMa location.First I was impressed he knew the staggered tire sizes for my kompressor before looking up the vehicle.Then he quoted a just price for the 4 tires with alignment. I brought my car in in the afternoon. Someone was immediately avail to drop me off at work and I was promptly picked up same day when the work was complete.Ramon took the time to explain his recommendations for other work and provided insight on how to maintain good health of the tires. The service was great and the store very clean and well organized. I'll definitely come to this location in the future.

I got what was available in the store not the tires that I ask for so I paid more than, so I need the truck back on job asap.

The guys at the store were very helpful and I am happy with the tires. There is a bit of disconnect between the website and the stores as it was not clear on the site if the location was keeping my information and ordering the tires to be shipped, or if that was just a note sent to the store and they were starting over. Would be nice to pay on the website, make an appointment, get confirmation that the tires were in then just show up at that time. At any rate, happy with my tire install

Customer service very good, willing to get the repairs done to my satisfaction. Small issues of not listening to the exact content of what I am asking for, example I had to remind them where I wanted new tires, and previously, I had to return due to balance not right. Rebalance done but so was re-rotating the tires putting them back were they were originally.

Lawrence was professional, warm tones, showing his willing being to help me and Tim was really technical and efficient at repairing my car. They’re super helpful in New Year Eve
