Big O Tires

My car and I arrived late afternoon via tow truck, and I worried we'd be too late. But, the folks at this Big O store took care of us both. No pressure to buy anything I didn't need, just honest information and superb service.

Although I had to wait as I did not have an appointment it all turned out well enough. My service person reported that they had also found a nail in my tire and repaired that. It was suggested that I check the alignment and was glad I did as the car needed it. i was shown the printed results so had no worries that I was just being made to pay for something that I didn't need. Overall I was glad to have done the work. I did think that the oil change was expensive but then I had made no comparisons at that point and was glad to get that done with the tire rotation.

The team was very helpful and friendly. It was an emergency request just before the holidays. They ordered my tires on Friday afternoon, had them in stock Saturday morning and installed them by 1pm (after estimating 4pm). I highly recommend this location in San Francisco.

Nice staff and great service

I called to inquire about tire availability while waiting for a tow truck. Esteban quickly determined the tire was in-stock and indicated if I could make it there within an hour before closing, it could be replaced today. He initially quoted a price higher than I paid for the same tire 2 months ago, but agreed to give me the lower price. I waited more than 3 hours for the tow and arrived 30 minutes before closing. The tire was replaced and I drove home in time for dinner on a Saturday night (instead of taking a Lyft home and having to come back on Monday. ) BRAVO!

I was grateful that they were able to work me in as I arrived at 4 pm without an appointment. At the end I tipped the guy since he was so helpful. He immediately gave the tip to the worker who had performed the tire rotation.
