I will be back for certain.. this seems to be the One Stop.. big o tires I needed to be coming to for service in the Bay Area.. these crew at this location, helped make things right with me and Big'O once again.

The scheduling was easy. The rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. The drop off was easy and car was finished faster than anticipated. Friendly staff.

Been to Big O Tires many times, and every time I leave I am so pleased with the service , they are so helpful, and the prices for my service is really good, I would recommend Big O Tires to anyone. This is one very satisfied customer!

I been there before many years ago but was a bad experience with a manager a bout not responsable for not fix right my car but try again with a new staff and 100% guaranty

Brought my car at around 8AM for an alignment service. Service Rep said service won't start between 9:30-10AM. Car was on rack at 9AM, and alignment completed by 9:30.

I was referred to Ramon and he was great! He explained everything and what was needed and took care of everything in timely manner.I will definitely be going back and will refer to friends to make sure to see Ramon to schedule new tires.

my f-150 needed a new battery and they performed a load test which confirmed the battery was bad and installed a new battery in record time! thanks for the good service! Jim

The guy who helped me (can't remember his name) was fantastic, friendly, and clearly explained everything from the invoice to possible alignment charges, etc. etc. And, they fixed the alignment absolutely perfectly. My S550 hasn't driven this well in a couple years (since a dealership "fix"). Thank you guys!!

I came in to get a screw removed and the tire plugged. They were very courteous and worked very quickly even though they were busy, since I was there with my toddler who didn't have as much patience to sit around and wait! Definitely recommend them.

Andre was really helpful. He kept in touch throughout the day when he had updates on my car, he explained by bill to me, and answered all my questions. He recommended similar tires to what I initially wanted at a lower price and found a $20 discount coupon he was able to include for me. It's only been a few days, but so far everything feels great!

The guys did a great job getting mg car in last minute. Was supposed to be a battery change and ended with a new alternator. The guy that checked me in:out was great!

Tire light had been on over a week despite putting air in and taking air out of tires. Turned out I had 2 screws in one tire! Since I purchased my tires at big o they fixed it for free!

They didn't have my tire in stock but they managed to get it ordered and in over the weekend. That was quite impressive. They were also all very nice and accommodating and I appreciate that.

Price was very competitive, even better than Costco. Staff is professional and knowledgeable. Placed my order over the phone and they helped me select the proper tires. The tires were special order and they arrived by my appointment time. Installation took only an hour while I waited in the shop.
