The service was very fast and they kept their word on how long it would be for the vehicle to be ready. They also offered a discount when checking my purchase. Best service ever!

I have been coming to Big O for the last few years. They stand by their word, I have had a few return visits to fix a stubborn problem. Staff is always trying to find and solve the problem even to the point of warrantying all the tires if need be. Nice to seethey will do whatever is needed to satisfy and keep a customer. I always recommend Big O to my friends and anyone who asks.

Called to see about time service would take and was advises to come in right away as they team was not busy. Arrived 30 minutes later and team began work on the vehicle right away. Estimated time to completion was 2 hours. Returned in 2 hours and team needed an additional 90 minutes to finish work. While there was a delay, Lawrence reguly communicated progress and i was able to leave in time to pickup my kid from daycare.

I was concerned when I first went in for the tire service because the man helping me seemed to be struggling with what tires would be best for my car. Then the owner/manager came over to assist him and train him about selling tires. The manager considered the type of car I was driving and said that people with models like mine required more up-scale tires. The manager also noted that I was wearing hearing aids and that I needed tires that would be quiet on the highway. Where do you find sensitive service like this today? I am most appreciative of the professionalism that I experienced at Big O. I was there to buy all new tires and was told that I only needed my two front tires replaced. Very professional and in&out process.

I used them this week for a tire patch. It was late and just before closing but they were extremely helpful and got right on it! I had my car in less than 30 minutes!

As a long time Big-O customer, when the San Francisco Mission Street store was closed, I was happy to see a new one open on South Van Ness closer to where I live. A weekend incident triggered the need for two new tires a couple of months after I'd had the front tires replaced during maintenance by my mechanic. The brand he'd bought for the car was carried by Big-O. I was pleased to learn that. So, first thing Monday morning, I showed up at the new Big-O on S Van Ness and got a great deal on two tires of a different but better brand IMHO, a brand I've purchased several times before. Long story short, with no appointment first thing on Monday morning, manager Robert found a good pair to match, had them mounted on the car, and I was out the door in less than an hour. Big-O will continue to have my business for both cars I own.

Walk in/ no appointment. immediately helped, car was on the rack in under 30 minutes, I was in and out in about an hour.

I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon with a complaint of a slow leaking tire. $40 and two hours later, these guys patched a small nail hole and replaced a leaky valve stem for me. Super happy with their service! Very friendly folks, to boot.
