From the first contact, “can you fill up our tire?” To “you may want to consider new tires because rubber is beginning to crack “ to completion of the job. We felt protected and the extra effort of getting the tires in Union City was great!

Came in for a fly repair. They were very busy but, made sure to get me in and out within 90min regardless of how busy they were.

I made an appointment for 3:30pm. The service tech sent me a message two hours early, to let me know I could come in earlier, if it was convenient for me. They installed the tires earlier than promised. I highly reccomend this business!

Very good service

Tires were good deal. Installation and labor was fairly priced and explained. The ABS indicator light and check engine light was checked out, and work performed to address the issue wiithin the charge estimate provided. Unilke other shops, I felt the pricing was.very fair.and honest, that is no."upcharge" for having a Mercedes-Benz vehicle.
